Im really tired of them not giving me the 2 eggs that i asked for on my sandwich.... the sandwiches are too expensive not to get what youve asking for... they used to go a good job but lately, not so much. They also alway run out of 6 cheese bagels early, just make more if people request them so much

Came to the drive thru today after placing a mobile order. Sat in front of the window for 15 minutes. The employees are sitting in a nearly empty restaurant, completely ignoring the drive thru and just sitting on their phones and pacing around the restaurant. Had to pull around the front and catch someone's attention for them to finally hand me my order. They did the same to the lady in front of me. I've never seen more unprofessional people in my life. It takes 10 seconds to hand someone their order and then you can go right back to your Instagram feed.The coffee is also nasty, the only thing good here are the bagels.

I am surprised they even called these things bagels. They’re basically round dough with no character. I think maybe the name should be changed to Einstein Round Breads. No taste and totally not worth the price.

I used to come here every morning on my way to work. They hired some new person for the drive through and they have gotten my order wrong every single time. 7 out of 7 times.I don’t have time to go back and have it corrected, I am going to have to find a new place for my morning routine now I guess

I went there on Sunday around 12 drove through the drive-through the guy guy was rude I placed my order I get to the window the curly hair guy gets pissed again that I asked him to repeat my order . So I left without my food and went to Clearwater bagel on gulf to bay near Clearwater high school . Sucks that people gotta be so rude . Same guy was rude the week before and screwed up my order that's why I asked to repeat my order I will never be back now sucks
Nice place, delicious bagels but please they need to tell whoever runs that plaza to fix the big hole on the parking lot... I almost got my tires flat... not their fault but whoever runs the building needs to know that. Besides of that I recommend eating the bagels there they are delicious.Parking: FIX THE HOLE!!! It's a hazzard.

The red head with curly hair is the rudest person I’ve ever talked to. There was no line at the drive thru and I’ve never been there before so I wanted to look at the menu first and he was yelling and rushing me and was very rude when I had a question about something.
