I ordered Lox bagel. The lox was very skimpy. ….. one slice only.

Did a carryout order of two coffees and 2 bagels with the cream cheese. Get them home and nothing on the bagels. Tried calling the store and get a recorded message and no way to leave a call back number. The cashier that was there was too busy playing with other coworkers instead of paying attention to what she was doing.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.
For a bagel shop, they can't even make a decent bagel. The staff looked unclean, the place itself was filthy, and the bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Gross experience and a complete waste of money. You're better off buying bagels from the grocery store.

The food was so good had two bagels and a coffee never had coffee as good usually I hate ordering coffee because they never make it correctly but they do a amazing job the service was amazing and the atmosphere was good too

I placed an online order for
Christmas Eve at 8:00am. I tried calling from 5:30am to 7:00am to change my pickup time. Nobody answered the phone at all. Also, the assorted dozen bagels were supposed to include two cinnamon crunch bagels. I did not receive any. Very dissatisfied

This location is closest to me so it's my go to when we are in the mood for bagels.
We try to get here early in the morning because more times than not by late morning their bagel selection is depleted and we are forced to order what they have available.
There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available.
There seems to always be plenty of staff on hand but in our experiences , normally the cashier and 1 other person tends to orders and the others are always busy doing something else behind the counters.
If someone orders a hot sandwich, you sometimes will have to wait until their sandwich is given to him before you are helped.
If it's not busy you can be in and out but if there is a line, you can be there awhile.
Overall the service is friendly and the bagels are good! They have a wide variety of cream cheese shmears . You get two 6 oz. Shmears with a dozen bagels and 1 with a half dozen.
For a dozen bagels , 2 cream cheese shmears and 2 orange juices and a $3 tip it came to just under $35 .
I have been going here for years and have had good and not so great experiences but nothing that makes me not want to return when my bagel craving kicks in .
As far as getting fresh bagels , Einstein Bagels is our top pick if we can get there early .

Wife's favorite little secret.

I love Einstein Bagels. However, this is the second time I came to this location in a row. The food is great! The heavy set lady in the morning, seems bothered to take an order. If I have questions or make a change, she lets out a huge sigh.. like it’s an issue. She asked if I was a reward member on the first day, when I said idk.. she didn’t even bother to check. Today, same attitude, bothered to answer questions… when she asked if I was a reward member, I said I wasn’t sure.. she was going to just move on… I asked her, could we check( she should’ve took the initiative the 1st time to check). Someone really needs to train her in customer service, and how to deal with customers. Learn how to communicate effectively, to help the customer vs coming off bothered.
