Super friendly and helpful this morning. Toasted my bagel to perfection! The only recommendation would be to have stevia as a sweetener option.

I always enjoy Einstein bagels. I think they're tasty and their shmears are terrific. At this particular location, the food was good as always. However, I felt like they slightly under-toasted their bagels and the place felt a bit dingy. Carpets seemed ready for cleaning and the coffee station begged to be tended to.

Excellent customer service, always feel appreciated when I go. Great food, not too many options but the ones that are , are EGGcellent

Bro why is it so hard to assemble a sandwich? It took forever to get my food and they still screwed up my order, plus the light roast coffee was out. There were so many people standing around waiting for their order, so I didn’t bother asking for them to refill the coffee. There were 5 people working behind the counter and none of them looked like they knew what they were doing.

We typically drive a little further to come to this Einsteins. Staff are incredibly friendly, quick turnaround on orders, and we just like the atmosphere.

Stopped in for a good cup of coffee and a fresh bagel, toasted with cream cheese. Very nice place to go if you need WiFi.

Had never been to this location, and honestly, I will never return. Great people were the best part.
Bagel was barely toasted, and it was a bland, tasteless pumpernickel bagel.
What was more disturbing was the black mess that looked like mold all over the ceiling. The vents were dark and nasty. Not a healthy environment at all.

Arrived and we were greeted and asked what we would like. As we looked at the selection (less then 10 seconds), someone came in and the associate said hi to them from afar, asked if she wanted her usual, and then started making her order. Ignoring us. We left.

This is a well run Einstein, William and Alexandra had great product knowledge and are quick with the food. I only wish the store was renovated, it’s old and worn at no fault of the staff.

They really need to get a better system down. My husband went and sat there for 30-45 min just to get a half dozen bagels sliced , nothing cooked. Waited for everyone’s hot sandwiches and orders to be cooked and made. Shouldn’t take that long just to get a half dozen bagels sliced. & once my husband left he realized they forgot to put the thing of cream cheese in the bag. Def won’t be going back after this experience.
