After picking up my mobile order I went to the counter to buy a drink. The cashier with lesions all over her face told me the screen was broken on the credit card machine and after tapping my card to then hit "1,4,5,7" on the number pad. It wasn't until after I hit the 1 that I realized this was the tip options (they had a paper covering up the screen). I called her out on her deception. She got attitude and begrudgingly offered to void it for me. I walked out in disgust. Wish I caught the cashier's name. Won't be coming back to this location ever. Disgusting.

All I wanted was a bagel and coffee. I stood there while you helped the person in front of me. When it was my turn you left the register to help the other 4 people that were taking care of the online orders. It was one other person and myself in line. You could've helped us. The other 4 people were fine on their own. I understand my order was nothing compared to your online orders, but I was right there. P.s. My employer buys about 10 of those huge bagel boxes every week. The ones with about 50 bagels in each. I just wanted a bagel and a coffee. I walked out because you had more important things to do

Love, love, love the bagels here and so does my niece who is a picky eater.
I love Einsteins but everytime we try to give this location another chance we keep realizing why we stopped. I believe this lady is the manager, when we walked up to the counter today doesn’t ask how we’re doing just asks us what we want, and when we proceed to tell her our order she is constantly interrupting us in a rude manner. We never get to finish our order because she starts rudely asking if we want it toasted, sliced or… and at this point we’re thinking do we even want to eat here anymore. If she’d let us finish our order without interruption and ask questions after listening to our order she’d have all the answers. I understand customer service isn’t very common anymore but maybe some coaching on listening to your customers needs would be a start.
