Recently moved to the area and was exploring authentic Mexican food for our date night with my partner and stumbled upon this place just next to us. The food is mind blowing and everything is cooked fresh and like home. One of the best salsas, mole and pollo dishes we had in all our years of eating Mexican and Latino food. This is apparently gonna be the date night spot for Mexican food for us.

Visited from WI. Doesn't look like anything special from the the outside, but inside was the best Mexican food I've had in years! Many places claim to be authentic but Huarache Azteca was the real deal. Food was delicious and very reasonably priced! The family had nothing but compliments about the food here... even our picky kids. It's a hidden gem in Clearwater. I definitely recommend this place!!

Good food.. We ordered a chicken quesadilla and meat burrito. In my opinion, the chicken quesadilla was dry, but the meat burrito was perfect. But in general the food was good ?
The food was very good. The server was very friendly and accommodating. I felt that the service was a little slow considering that they were very busy at the time.

We had just got into town from a 9 hour drive and went here. We got our food, went to our hotel and they had forgotten our beans. It was a big deal because it was the only protein for our daughter that wanted them. I called, they apologized and said come back tomorrow. We go back the next day and all they gave us was our side of beans. Nothing extra. I would have given them 5 stars but I feel like their customer service lacked professionalism and good exchange.

It was the worst Mexican food I have ever tasted in my entire life. As a Texan visiting Clearwater/Dunedin, Florida I expected salsa that did not taste like straight tomato sauce the chicken and rice , beans had no taste the margarita tasted like lemon aid with tequila … then to top of off I was very sick at my stomach for hours and the rest of the evening…..i have never written a bad review …. But you guys should be ashamed of yourselves to call this eatable food in Dunedin, florida. I will report you to the better business bureau ….Marti and friend
