Boyfriend and I went an 1 1/2 hrs before our Ocean Hai reservation for Valentine’s Day. We live a mile down the road and often visit ocean hai as our “go to” nicer restaurant. The bar is small but the atmosphere is lovely. We waited a good 25 min and still hadn’t had service, many of the people next to us were also complaining amongst themselves.
