However, during my last visit, the cashier made comments about my nationality in relation to the war, in a joking tone, in front of other customers. She also addressed me as “girl,” even though we are not acquainted. I found these remarks unprofessional and inappropriate for a customer–seller interaction.

Very good selection of quality produce from the old world. All natural, non-gmo, mostly organic, hard-to-find-but easy-to-love, goods and flavors that can be described as ancestral cuisine. Friendly staff willing to help answer any questions. Clean, cool, neatly organized, and bright environment with wonderful aromas of deli provisions.

I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received at your store. I visited a few minutes after opening, and upon entering, I was not greeted. Instead, I was asked if the open sign was already on, which felt unwelcoming and as if my presence was unwanted.
Additionally, the day before my visit, a friend inquired about Easter bread and was informed that a delivery would be made the following day. However, when I visited the next day, there was no Easter bread available.
As a result of these experiences, I will not be returning to your store.

Wonderful store! The owner and people who work there- Olga, Yulia- are very nice people, it's pleasure to talk to them every time I come by! If you miss Eastern European food- don't hesitate! This is definitely the place to go. Everything is delicious and always fresh! You can find in there all sorts of cold cut meats, cakes, candy, baked goods etc They also make in there wonderful samsa (sheep meat pie)! Can't get enough of it 🤤

My favourite store. I love it. There are very nice, kind and helpful people work there. Always happy to help find what you need and if they don’t have it in stock, they will order it for you or let you know when it’s available. They have everything I need if I want something special, made from Russia/Europe.

This is a Russian/Ukrainian grocery store. Nice selection of food and beverages considering difficulties bringing stuff from Russia now. They do offer some ready-to-eat food but no eat-in. I give it four stars because some stuff I was looking for was not available.

I haven't eaten such delicious fried pies with potatoes for 10 years. Honey and sour cream are simply incredible! Golden hands prepare all this! In general, the girls who work are very friendly. Visiting the store is always a pleasure!

I love this place. The tinned fish selection is epic, the smoked mackerel is also epic, the women running the counter are super sweet and patient with people like me who can't read Russian. This is the only place I go for honey and preserves.

We bought lard here. It was normal a couple of times, but the last time they were poisoned by it. Olga once behaved shamelessly, just a boor from the market. Just for looking at her. Interesting character. Now we buy lard at Starkey, in Paradise from Irina.
