Florida Man Jerky

I’ve tried four different flavors of their beef jerky, and every single one was incredibly satisfying. Florida Man Jerky blows anything you’ll find in stores out of the water. Fantastic ownership, amazing people — I’ll definitely be back for more!

I recently found these great folks. I just stopped in one day and they could not have been more welcoming. I left with almost every flavor jerky they had and I must say, I am very impressed. Every one of them were excellent. Easy to eat and season exceptionally. I will definitely be retuning for more!!

I was going to buy the Florida Man Bourbon barrel style jerky, until I noticed it has red dye number 3 in it. 😡. So another company got my business. sorry y'all, but for the discerning consumer who cares about the ingredients in what we consume and does their research about said ingredients, I hope you do better. This was the only turn off though, so you are close!!

Great Real smoke flavor! No liquid smoke. Like a good piece of bbq smoked meat. Tried the Hawaiian BBQ and the flavors are nicely balanced with the smoke. Texture wise it’s a little bit tougher than some but not any more than jerky normally is and I can taste a bit of the “hammy” flavor that comes with jerky that has sodium nitrate like Jack Links. That’s not a bad thing as most processed meats have sodium nitrate in them anyways. It’s a bit greasy but that’s from the smoking process and not cheap fats. Really good jerky and I recommend giving them a try! 4.5/5
