We came for a much needed beach day and of course the famous Frenchys! We decided to sit at the bar to avoid the wait on a table and especially after JT gave us a warm welcome at the take out window. Lauren was the other bartender, she was super sweet and very attentive, I don't think she ever broke a smile. JT recommended the octopus and OMG it was hands down the best we ever had. We had some drink off the specials menu called a dirty banana, for that alone we will be back. Wish there was a live band playing while we were there but Lauren and JT made up for that. We had a great time, the food never disappoints and the customer service was out of this world. It was really busy, but don’t let that scare you away. You can still get great full service and add some fantastic memories with your family or friends at the bar.

We had a good time here. Our group was comprised of 4 adults for an early dinner. The pretzel was fun and tasty. They also had Gatorade on tap which was nice. We all enjoyed our entrees!

The absolute not-to-be-missed place to eat on Clearwater Beach. Delicious food, perfect drinks and you can have a table in the sand. The is no better combination of food and atmosphere anywhere else on Clearwater Beach.
Seafood Pot Pie and Three Kings (cajun grilled) are perfection.

Before I could walk into the restaurant I stood in line to get to the hostess stand, that took 15 minutes, after that I was told there was a 20-40 minute wait and to scan the QR code so I did, but as I was waiting outside I noticed all of the tables that were inside were empty in the back of the restaurant, so after seeing that I went back up to the hostess and asked if we could sit anywhere back there, that's after waiting over 30 minutes and she said yes pick any table no problem?????? So tell me why did the hostess not offer to sit us there in the first place??? We almost left not wanting to wait any longer and almost went to crabbys, it made us wonder how much business is lost with people not wanting to wait, because multiple people/families were leaving to go elsewhere because the wait was to long, Idk,,, I didn't get it and we were frustrated, all I wanted was to eat, drink and get back to the beach, not stand in line for 40 minutes before even getting to order a burger, train your hostess/host to do better, and to utilize the whole restaurant, they are the face of your restaurant and the first thing people see when walking in, this is coming from a guy who's worked 20 years in hospitality, do better, food was great, the wait was unnecessary...

We love this place so much! This is always our first stop on our annual trip to Clearwater. So much so we had our small wedding reception here. Coconut rice is to die for so make sure you add it to whatever you order.

We had a nice visit at Frenchy’s Rockaway Grill. There was a bit of a wait to be seated, but they make it easy by offering a QR code at the hostess stand so you can add your name to the list without standing around.
We sat out on the patio, and the service was good overall. The food was decent—nothing extraordinary, and a few items were forgotten—but still enjoyable. One thing to be aware of is that birds will definitely come around while you’re eating outside, so you have to keep an eye on your food.
That said, you really can’t beat the atmosphere. Having a drink right on the beach with that view makes the experience worth it. Great spot for the location and vibe alone.

The food was incredible I got the gulf Cajun mahi mahi and dad the colossal grouper sandwich it was huge, my twin toddler brothers got the shrimp and Mac and cheese kids meals the shrimp was some of the best shrimp I have ever had our waitress crystal was incredible
