Cake is semi stale. Also, it tastes store bought.
Pistachio Gellato was on amazin!. Price point is a bit over the mark
Last night I went with my wife and son, and the young woman who served us had a very poor attitude. She seemed annoyed to have customers — it was around 9:30 p.m. We ordered our ice creams and sat inside because it was cold and windy outside. Around 9:50 p.m., she practically kicked us out, saying the shop was closed and we had to leave.
I have never been treated so rudely at an ice cream shop, especially while visiting with my child. The owners should really consider hiring friendlier staff, because even if the ice cream is good, the service is extremely disappointing.
Best caramel gelato I have ever had!!! WOW
Good dessert and coffee only giving this place a 2 star because the lady working the counter was rude did not like answering questions, seems like she didn’t like her job.
The Gelato tasted of freezer burn and the server seemed like we were a chore
Unfortunately can't comment on the Gelato but it looked good. We were here for about 5 minutes and the girl working never looked up from her phone. We even said hello a few times, never experienced anything like it, even snapped a pic
Afogato was very good.
Got the pistachio and coffee gelato. Tasted like play-doh and had a strange, stale aftertaste. Ate a bite of each and threw the rest away.
It’s August in Florida and you own a Gelato shop on the beach, what item do you refuse to offer? Water! This store does not sell bottled water or offer cups of water…no water for you!
We enjoyed a Pellegrino, an iced espresso drink and a small gelato for $18. When asking for water the woman working said, “you have to bring your own water, like I do.” She then reached in and showed me her water bottle.
So good we didn’t take time for pictures. I ordered a decaf affogato with vanilla gelato. Oh my goodness! It tasted amazing. In fact my husband who ordered the pistachio cake with Nutella gelato couldn’t stop eating my affogato and had to order one himself. He had chocolate chip gelato with his, we both agreed the vanilla made the best. The service was very friendly and the decor lovely.

Would not recommend if you want to taste a good ice cream, Gelato is very watery
Unfriendly. Prices for paying with credit card are higher - ok - but the way we were treated when paying cash was unprofessional. We were told the credit card fee was tax.
Taste of the ice cream: ok, not great
I paid for $7 for a scoop and received such a tiny amount. The girl upfront also was not friendly for an ice cream place, the flavor was also okay, I’m sure that must be better places in the area.
Terrible customer service. Nasty attitudes and over priced
Just left Gelato café and was very happy I stopped in. The homemade Italian Gelato sign got me, and believe me I am Italian that was great Gelato. I had the Nutella but there were many others I thought about. Owner and employee were there very friendly, had 2 cups of Italian coffee, fresh and you can smell the difference. Very good find. If your in the area and in the mood for Gelato this is the place. Enjoy.
