Grain and Berry - Clearwater

I went here on Wednesday evening for the first time after work and had a great experience, the staff was friendly and I got the healthy Elvis which was delicious!!! So good. I liked it so much I went back Friday around noon and got the same smoothie, but the staff this time was like talking to two brick walls. TERRIBLE service….I have worked in the service industry for years and I never write reviews because I know it is not an easy job, but I felt this one was necessary.

Nothing bad to say about this place. Service was great, bowls were great and atmosphere was great. Chill place to take someone who wants a healthy fruit bowl.

Stopped going a few months ago due to terrible service. However, the team working there now was awesome. I Truly appreciate humans that care about others and have integrity in their work. Thank you!

Disappointed didn't have anything vegan only acia bowls , straight trash I can get this anywhere. Literally drove here for nothing

I’m not a local but I always stop by whenever I’m in the area. By far the best açaí and spirulina bowls I have had . The place gets super busy especially during peak hours but I have never had to wait that long . Customer service is wonderful . The cashier Angie is always welcoming and very informative on the menu and gives great advice on options that you would like . Her recommendations are the best !

This location needs some cleaning. The cashier was friendly but looked unkempt. The floor was dirty and the place smelled like burnt toast. The smoothie tasted like some of the fruit was fermented. I would not go back.

A healthier option for meals. I have tried other smoothie shops and this one is hands down the best. Love the healthier Elvis smoothie. The açaí bowls and parfaits are tasty made with fresh ingredients. The workers are friendly and helpful. Love love love this place

The açai bowls were very good, but the place was super messy with food on the floor behind the counter, the toppings area was a mess and bowls piled up by the trashcan that needed cleaned. We were the only people in the store with what looked like two employees and a manager behind the counter. Kinda gross.

Great açaí bowl…. Absolutely the worst staff ever!!! It seems that they get upset when you place your order… do they know that whiteout customers there’s no revenue to be able to pay they hourly pay????

Editing my review after today’s treatment 6/18/24. Made an online order far ahead of time because I love to come in and grab a smoothie after the gym in and out. I told the young girl working I was there to pick up my online order. Instead of just handing it to me she proceeded to make 4 other orders and ignored me the whole time. Finally the other girl came over and I spoke up. Like hey I’m picking up this order it should be ready. She then grabbed it and handed it to me. I’m beyond disappointed. I’ve been coming here for a year spending idk how much money on these over priced bowls and smoothies… to be treated like this makes me contemplate if I will ever even be back. Service is always on point when Pedro is there but these new people have no idea how to treat customers.
