I am Addicted, the only thing I ever get is their create a bowl, but I'm Hooked!! I went 3 x in one week! Go now and minimum of once a week! Phenomenal stuff!!

i’ve been here twice before, both experiences were mediocre but i decided to try one more time as i’ve had other good experience at different grain and berry locations. i walk in theres four or five employees working and only one other customer inside. i walk up to the front to order, nobody acknowledges me two of the workers whisper something to each other someone walks to the back and then finally comes back up and just stands there. doesn’t ask if i’m ready to order or act like shes going to take my order at all. then she finally walks towards the register and says nothing…. so im like hey can i get a health elvis smoothie. she puts it in tells me my total whatever asks for my name and thats it. i sit down, after fifteen minutes she finally puts my smoothie up and walks away. the cup is disgusting it’s literally covered in smoothie dripping down all sides of it so i sit there and use napkins to clean off my own cup. finally i get to my car just pissed because i spend almost $10 on a smoothie and u cant even wipe the cup or be remotely nice? well then i start trying to drink it the whole smoothie is filled with chunks of ice and banana and is barely drinkable. when you make a smoothie and pour it into a cup you can clearly tell if it’s chunky or not this is just being rude.

Visited recently and had a mixed experience. The atmosphere is clean and clearly geared toward the health-conscious crowd. However, I was disappointed that two people were allowed to skip ahead of me in line with no acknowledgment from the staff — not exactly the kind of service you hope for.

I ordered a wrap that, while packed with ingredients, was so overfilled it completely fell apart. It made eating it a bit of a mess. On the bright side, the fruit bowl I got was excellent — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

That said, the prices are definitely on the high end for what you're getting. It’s healthy, sure, but the overall vibe had me wondering if kale smoothies come with a complimentary voter registration form.

The açai base tasted so strongly of bananas, I genuinely couldn't taste anything else but banana. The fruit on top was mushy and going bad, the strawberries I asked for were more like strawberry preserves. For almost 15 dollars I expect a little better.

Very healthy alternative to the fast food environment we find ourselves in. Refreshing, especially after being outdoors for five minutes in the sun.

Restaurant is clean. Staff aren’t really friendly. Food is 10/10 though!! Not too cheap but not too expensive, personally. The serving for the açaí bowl is very reasonable & two can eat with one. Love the presentation of each dish/bowl.

I was just in your place 2 min ago. My past trips here were amazing. I tried to talk to them about meal prep and the answer was laughed at the place was a complete mess and I couldn’t even put my trash in the bin. Your supervisor was not concerned with what my need was and I had legitimately came here to bring you businesses. I have never left a bad review in my life until now so please consider this…
It was way worse then I’m expressing and u do not want people like this running your business
