Walked in, sat at the bar for 7 minutes and no one said anything. I had couple servers walking by and no bartender. Maybe they were busy and short staffed. The food from the guy next to me looked good. Maybe I try them again another time when they are not that busy or are fully staffed
Good food, good drinks, reasonable price. Good atmosphere. Good service
The first time I've ever been there, it was great food
I'm sorry to say it appeared to be a has been restaurant. Food was over-priced and mediocre, employees did not speak English well. Run down and disorganized
The sever was dishonest and disrespectful. She defied my wishes to bring me my check. She brought items to the table that I as the bill payer told her I didn’t want. Worst experience ever. I will never go to this restaurant again. I fully intend to reach out to corporate. This female waitress works at the restaurant on Sheldon Road. I do NOT recommend you go to this restaurant.
Terrible service. Mediocre food at best. High prices.

Walked in to the Carrollwood location at 8:35. First thing the waitress said to us was, “You know we close in 15 minutes. Ate quick while the place closed around us , stacking chairs, mopping floor. If you want your staff to be walking out the door at your posted closing time, close an hour earlier.
Staff was excellent and answered all of our questions with ease.

Mexican cuisine ranks among my preferred culinary choices, and the opportunity to dine at this establishment has generated a sense of anticipation. The encouraging environment fosters optimism regarding the potential to discover an authentic Mexican restaurant. Upon arrival, I was promptly welcomed and seated, receiving a complimentary basket of chips and salsa that were notably fresh and flavorful, neither stale nor cold. Additionally, my beverage order was fulfilled immediately, enhancing the overall positive experience of my evening.
Upon receiving my first dish, the appetizer of Mexican street corn, I experienced a degree of discomfort after consuming a single serving. This prompted me to question whether the item had perhaps been left out for an extended period or if it might have been part of a substandard batch.
The next dish presented was Mexican street tacos. While I cannot ascertain whether it is an issue with my palate, I experienced a similar concern with these tacos as I did with the corn, albeit with additional flavor complexity. I found the onion-laden taco to be rather off-putting. The refried beans were adequate, and the rice was surprisingly palatable considering it had been maintained under a heat lamp for an extended period.
The final dish presented was the authentic churros. The visual appeal was striking, featuring a tower of vanilla ice cream elegantly adorned with chocolate syrup and whipped cream, accompanied by four churros. However, upon tasting the churros, I encountered a somewhat firm texture, suggesting they may not have been cooked for the appropriate duration. Despite the texture issue with the churros, the ice cream proved to be delightful. Additionally, I would like to commend my server, Ms. Camila, for her kindness and professionalism throughout my dining experience.
I will return to conduct another review, but this time it will be during my designated working hours, which will be more structured and serious.

Good afternoon, I arrived at 12:10, the order was two 7 mares soups and it was 12:40 and the dish was nothing, I asked for an explanation of what I had to wait for, canceling everything at 12:44, bad service as they make the lunch break wasted. to the people, out of decency cancel the entrance and two.refresco.

The restaurant is okay, I thought it was quite expensive I had a simple meat dish with cheese a little damage cup of guacamole and it was $20 plus tax Plus tip. If you're used to real Mexican food it's close but not really there
Dietary restrictions: I'm on a carnivore diet and they really didn't have much of a selection. They tried to be accommodating but they just didn't understand my dietary need

We had an amazing experience at Grand Hacienda! Our group of 20 was warmly welcomed, and a big shoutout to Jovanah and Stephanie, who made sure we had everything we needed. They were patient, attentive, and their teamwork truly shone. Carlos, the manager, also checked in to make sure everything was perfect. He had a great attitude. The food was exceptional—tacos al pastor were delicious, the queso fundido was a great appetizer, and the tamarindo margarita with Tajim was my favorite. Highly recommend this place for great food and even better service!
