I was there for the 2nd time today and for the 2nd time the older blonde lady was rude and in a bad mood. Today she apparently misunderstood my order, which I noticed immediately 2 meters away from the store. I turned around and told her. I received the correct order, but she complained to me and threw the wrong cookie in the trash in front of me.

I bought two slices of cookies yesterday on 11/21/23. The cookies must have been left in the display case overnight, because they were extremely hard and I noticed that when I got home. I did contact the store today. The young lady said to call back on Friday when her manager Cathy comes in which is unacceptable because now I have to hold the cookies for extra days. I took pictures, however that doesn’t express how not fresh the slices were.

i absolutely love getting cookies from here while im on my break. however the older lady with blonde hair anytime i see her working i decide against getting anything. the other two workers i see, i’m absolutely delighted to see them working. they’re polite & efficient. one girl has dark brown hair & tattoos, & the other employee with the curly longer hair are both very nice. the older lady however is rude, has talked on speaker phone last time i bought a cookie & wasn’t paying attention to anything i was saying. i was trying to tell her i was apart of their rewards program on their app & she had her phone call on speaker phone not caring about anything i was saying. other than her, the other two workers are amazing! amazing cookies, great for when i need just a little treat for a good price. definitely stirring clear from the other worker tho when i see her working.

Such rude people! The older lady insisted that the cake the younger lady brought me was mine even though I kept telling them it wasn't my order. She insisted that my last name was the one on the ticket even tho I think I know my last name. We finally got it straightened out but what rudeness. Will never go back.

What a terrible experience. Placed our order online. Went to go pick it up today. Upon arrival, we gave them our name. The girl at the counter retrieved the cake and showed it to us. We told her that's not at all what we ordered. Then an older lady came up andrexeipt started insisting to us that this is what we ordered and started pointing at the receiot. The first girl then tried to verify our name. She said my wife's first name and then tried to pronounce the last name. That's ok because people always mispronounce it. I then looked at the receipt and saw that the order was for someone with the same first name and very similar last name. The older lady was still being nasty about it before I finally just said fine, it was our mistake Even though we had given her our name to begin with.So now they open the box to show us the cake. What a freaking disaster! My wife had ordered it with 3 hastag sayings. 1 hashtag saying per line. 3 were squished into 1 line going across the middle of the cake. the middle one didn't even have the # symbol.We were so disgusted with the whole ordeal at this point that we just took the cake and left. For over $50 for a cake, you would think that it would be done right and get better customer service.Won't be visiting this place again.

I purchased cookies yesterday (against my better judgment). I notice there was a bug flying inside around the cookies. As the employee bagged up my cookies, I pointed it out to him and he just gestured the bug away from the cookies. Right then and there I should have left those cookies on the counter. I even said that to the employee. I came home and threw everything away. I’m extremely disappointed that Great American Cookie hasn’t taken the proper measures to have a clean food environment. Especially with the virus. This use to be the only reason I come to the mall.

I have been ordering cookie cakes here for over 25 years and being treated rudely by the manager the last few visits and while ordering on phone.I honestly wouldn’t want my teenager working here at the store. It should be a party it should be Disney World. After all these years she should know my face and my name .I called corporate to get no response.

I will NEVER order from here ever again!!! ??? I arrived an hour after my husband’s cookie cake was supposed to be ready for his 40th birthday party only to be told they’re busy and hadn’t even started it yet, and acted as if they couldn’t care less. I waited for 30 minutes while the cookie cake was being quickly decorated only to be handed something that looked nothing like what I’d ordered and looked like a kindergartner had drawn it. I was then given attitude by the decorator who refused to do anything to make it right. After driving 45 minutes to pick up the cookie cake, I drove 45 minutes back home in tears with nothing for my husband’s 40th birthday party. They also had fly paper between the cookies in the display case. Absolutely disgusting!!! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!! ???
