Grillsmith - Countryside

I go out with my husband a lot and there is normally at least one part of the experience falls short. Not here! The staff was kind and helpful from the first person we met at the door to every person we interacted with. Drinks were great and the steak was cooked perfectly. Everything was delicious

Our server James was great. The wife was very happy with her Salmon. My steak was cooked well but a bit tough. Wedge salad was tastey. Smoked Old Fashioned was good.

Went for my first time. My companions have all been there many times.
It was very busy. It was a Monday and they have a great special which includes a starter, entree and dessert.
We had reservations but still waited 20 minutes. Service from Douglas was very good.
3 of us ordered from the special Monday menu. The 4th had a sandwich. We all were very satisfied.
Warm seasoned bread sticks are brought to the table. I also had a yummy lemon drop martini.
I ordered the salmon. It was delicious. My starter was the pumpkin crab bisque. Not sure how to describe it. Starts sweet then hint of spice and seafood with crunchy almonds.
I got my chocolate cake to go as I was too stuffed.
I would definitely make a reservation and I would go back.

We were a party of 5. Everyone loved everything we had.
Our server Jenna was personable and more than competent. She made her job look easy. If you're upper management, you will want to watch this person and learn.

Great service (Chaba), a menu full of classic choices, and yummy, yummy steaks cooked to your perfection! Dessert was fabulous as well. You can't go wrong at Grillsmith!

We celebrated my husband's 88th birthday party in their private party room. I cannot express how PERFECTLY the evening went. Chib, our server, was so knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient and friendly. With 18 of us, EVERYTHING went perfectly. Thank you Lisa, Manager, for all your patience with my many phone calls and requests.
If you're planning g a party, GRILLSMITH is the place to go.

OMG the crab and shrimp sandwich was amazing. I ordered some coconut painkiller drink that was absolutely delicious. The service was exceptional; the entire night was just perfect. I cannot wait to go back and as much as I would love to try something else on the menu I have to have that crab and shrimp sandwich again. It was perfection.

Had lunch today at Grillsmith. As usual the food was excellent. We frequent the Grillsmith because of the best food and it friends are always impressed.
Also the waiter named Rob was so pleasant. And efficient He is truly an asset to your business.
