I was a customer for a year, I always asked for my pizza stuffed with that on the shore, so they charged me 3 usd, it was perfect, today a rude guy who, by the way, is the second time he has served me, says he can't do it to me I get the pizza the way I want it. I don't understand if I'm paying for my pizza because they didn't lose me.

So my sister and I was trying to get a quick dinner for our siblings after Bible study and we accidentally ordered pepperoni instead of a cheese pizza. We didn’t notice till after we already got the pizza. So I went inside and I explain the situation. Herald was nice enough to fix it for us. I went back out to the car to wait for the pizza to be finished and he brings it to us in the rain. He also offered to bring us out some plates. This dude was so kind and understanding! We honestly appreciate him so much and may god bless him and everyone working with him! 10/10?

Calling in and online orders have the same abysmal customer service issues. The food is what it is (frickin hungry howie), you’re not ordering it because it’s great, you’re ordering it because it’s ok and convenient but when the convenience disappears, it’s got nothing to offer.

I ordered 2 pizzas that were to be delivered in less than a hour. (I live 1.1 miles away) 1 hr 20 minutes still not here. When I called they said the delivery guy had it and was on his way. Took another 10 minutes to go 1 mile. Pizza was warm not hot. Don't bother with this place.
My wife and I ordered a pepperoni pizza from this location like we have been doing for 5 years. The reason I am rating this store 2 stars is because my last 3 orders have completely gone down hill and I wanted to let everyone know that might order from here to think twice. I picked up the pizza and drove home which takes 2 minutes and it was completely cold and did not have light sauce like I ordered. I called up there to speak to a manager which is something I don't normally do and I was in no certain terms called a liar by the manager. I ordered then went by the Howie tracker and left to go get it when it said my pizza was in review and was told by the manager that the howie tracker has nothing to do with the problem I experienced which tells me that the howie tracker is flawed. I do not complain often which is why the last two orders that tasted horrible I just dealt with but I wanted this simple order remedied cause the pizza tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Avoid this location if at all possible.

Today I ordered a large meat lover's pizza. It was very delicious and good. But the delivery lady was totally unprofessional and had a attitude. She told me about my address that I didn't put my apartment number but I told her that on the app it has it on there. She said no it don't you need to put it there for future delivery. Just last night I have a order delivered and the guy had no problem finding me. So I know it's on there.
