5/5 for sure! My 3rd or 4th visit here, 2 of which I've had Tearra, always perfect really couldn't offer any suggestions for improvement there was almost 0 wait for seating, service was quick and frequent, meal courses came out quickly, food was superb, just a solid 10/10 all day will always come to this IHOP whenever I'm in the Tampa area!!

Today, we visited this place with the whole family. The parking lot was completely full, but there are other stores nearby, and we parked very close by in a neighboring parking lot. We were there on Sunday around 10:30 a.m. There were a lot of people, but the line moved quickly. The atmosphere was pleasant, the air conditioning was excellent, there were no odors, and I would say it was even a little cool inside. It was clean inside, and the waiters tried to clear the tables and serve quickly. We ordered three different breakfasts, different desserts, and drinks. The bill for three people came to $70, and the bill also included a tip that you can leave. We were also able to take the food we didn't finish with us; they gave us disposable lunch boxes.
Haven't been here in a long time - so glad we tried it again! Very pleasantly surprised. A great value for your money and the service was excellent! Keke was fantastic! We'll be back. 🙂

If I could give Tearra more than five stars, I’d glue a whole galaxy to her name and call it a day. From the moment we walked in, she remembered us and greeted us warmly.
She’s got that wild rare gift: total professionalism with zero stiffness, all warmth, fast on the refills, even faster on the jokes. She anticipated what we needed before we asked—yes, I noticed that she dropped off extra napkins the second she clocked the syrup situation at our table (psychic, I swear). When we ordered like goblins and swapped our choices mid-sentence, she just grinned and kept up, didn’t miss a beat, didn’t even judge us for the carnage we left behind.
Tearra knows how to work a room. She remembers the little things and didn’t flinch when we threw her a curveball. She’s got genuine energy: the kind of server who makes you feel like a regular.
