The first time I went to IHOP a friend and I, there was two other tables we can hear the wait staff talk behind the wall we waited for 5 minutes then we took our menus and we shouted over we're seeing ourselves the service was nonexistent while I went to the bathroom I saw our order was up and there was nobody serving it! So I went over to the window and said I can take this to our table cuz this is our order. With that the other waitress Kate actually served our order and gave us our drinks she was not our waitress we called the number and I complained about how bad the service and the food was. We got a complimentary meal went back two weeks later there was no air conditioning! Customers who were there before us complained that it was chilly so they shut the air conditioning off the manager had left now the room was locked and the air conditioning could not be turned on! Strike two I'm not going back to strike three I would definitely not recommend that place I would change the name from IHOP out

I am sharing MY experience. Please go visit for yourself.I tried the cheesecake pancakes and it was good. The food was good overall The staff was nice and friendly.I was really nervous about eating because if the dining area needs cleaning what’s going on in the kitchen.This place needs to be deep cleaned. The floor is sticky, there was food on the floor under our table. The place had a musty odor as soon as you enter the door. Management really need to take the time and close section by section and have a deep clean done.I would go back just to see if anything changed.Vegetarian options: There are some availableParking: Sufficient parkingWheelchair accessibility: The place is wheelchair accessible. My husband was in a wheelchair and we had no issues.

I don't know how they stay open. There's never anyone there and they run on a skeleton crew. There was no hostess and only one waitress in the restaurant. Despite being the only customers, our wait was long and food was disappointing

I ordered 3 pancakes to go and when I got home and starting ripping them up I noticed they were severely undercooked! I called and spoke with a manager, though she was nice and offered to fix the problem and refund my money, I will never go back!

Had the Pesto Veggie Eggs Benedict. Yum. OJ nice and cold. Seated right away and served promptly by the nicest server ever, Travis. He’s a gem!
