We Celebrated our 35th Anniversary and the service was amazing & the food was exceptional as Always!!! We stay in Treasure Island & go to Clearwater for Island Way Grill!!!!

Our group was excited to try this place given all of the great reviews but we ended up being pretty disappointed. Service was sub-par and food was just ok. Our server was nice, but she seemed annoyed with our questions regarding the menu, allergy friendly items and quite frankly wasn't really able to answer specifics (we asked what the difference was between the two *types of lobster specials offered, she just kept pointing to the menu and saying “this one is just different”). We ordered the crab dip for an appetizer, which was mostly cheese with a hint of crab flavor, no actual pieces of crab meat, and 2 dozen oysters. The oysters were fresh, delicious and honestly the highlight of the meal. 10/10 would recommend ordering those. All of our fish dinners (3 of 4 of us) were cooked well but lacked flavor and the portions of the protein themselves were underwhelming. The Wood Fire grilled style was tasteless and all of our fish was heavily seasoned with what tasted like Old Bay. Sides were just okay, nothing to rave about. Our reservation was at 8:15, we waited 15 minutes to dine outside and were sat on a patio under an event tent. Nothing like the pictures online or what we were expecting. Overall, it was ok but I wouldn't go back. 2 bills totaling $130 each plus 20% tip, you could definitely find a better spot to spend your money while in Clearwater.

Multiple people recommended this as the best seafood in Clearwater so we had to try it. I had red snapper and my husband had grouper. Both were delicious and perfectly cooked! I would certainly recommend this restaurant and will come back when I find myself in Clearwater again!

We had a great experience at wine down Wednesday and everything was very good. I really loved Sam on saxophone and our waiter Eric was awesome with every accommodation . Would love to come again when we visit again. Great place for couples or families in which I had two young ones with me but revisiting on date night would be great . Highly recommend
The food was great as usual. They need to do something with the AC in the main dining area. It was hot. The rest of the restaurant felt good. Something was wrong with the vents or AC. We might have gotten desert but we were hot and ready to go.

I had surf and turf. Lobster was very good. Steak cooked well just very salty. Caprese salad. Tomato's hard no flavor. Two stars. Wife had salmon. The display case show large portions, the one served about half the size

We enjoyed Sunday brunch this past weekend and it was fabulous! Great options. Items were hot (or cold if they were supposed to be), lots of different options available, something for everyone! Our server Emily was fantastic! And our children (6 and 4) loved the food too! Excellent atmosphere!
