Craving wings saw an ad for IJW, if it's just wings, there will be no messing them up since the name tells of their specialty...I concur with another reviewer who mentions these were the worst wings they had in life.They were flavorless (as a matter of fact the flavor I asked for was not on wings as they were naked). They were dry. The curly fries were too crispy (couldn't bite or chew). I discarded more than half of my food. I did call the store with no answer...I did complete the survey and reported my experience.Not only the quality of food was horrible, I ordered curbside, checked in, informed them which spot I was in and nothing...15 - 20 mins (possibly longer) later I am still waiting, I go inside and wait. Not one person said to any of us standing at the To-Go counter, someone will be with you shortly. As I was about to give up the server presents my food.What I do understand is staffing shortages but what I don't understand is thoughtless employees (managers, leads etc), I paid you for a service and I am highly disappointed my money was wasted on this knock-off place.I enjoy Chili's but this spin-off is not going to do well serving entrees as such that I and countless others have experienced.Of course, if I could rate a '0' I would gladly do so but I had to start at '1'.

My boneless wings are good. The bone in wings are a bit on the rare / undercooked side. Seems by the many photos this happens often.

Good wings, but it's just Chiles under a different name. Literally couldn't find the restaurant for pickup until I realized it was Chiles, not actually it's own restaurant. Somewhat disappointing.
Worst wings I've ever had in my entire life! I'm not the kind of person that leaves a bad review, but oh lord these definitely were absolutely disgusting! I couldn't even eat one, and the fries were cold and tasted old.

Dinner salad was old...Womens bathroom had cardboard nailed to the wall behind the toilet. Very dirty bathroom.

Smoked wings with Buffalo sauce was disgusting, and fries were cold and soggy. Very unimpressed! Threw half my food away.

Gave me the wrong order. Wings had no sauce at all, and they gave me blue cheese instead of ranch. My wife ordered the ranch dry rub, and they were way overcooked. Quality has gone down significantly. Won't order again.
