I am not a happy camper when they forget items in your order. Let's get the order right. Missing items is unacceptable and inconvenient. The food is good if they don't forget to put it in the bag.

I love Muffaletta's, however to say that I am disappointed in the Muffaletta I had tonight is a huge understatement. I'm use to a quality sandwich not the half made mess I received tonight. Fluffed up ham, not a single slice of salami, my sandwich a 1/2 Muffaletta was not sliced in half (quarters)..now I have been emailing on hold for half an hour and just hung up on. PLEASE tell me this is just a horrible mistake and a new employee just messed up.

Me and my friend ordered from you 7 days ago, your staff gave us the wrong sandwich in our order and your female employee on the phone told us my friend would get a refund on 7-20-25 and they have still not had their money returned. He called today and someone put him on hold for 15 minutes and never came back! Then he called again had to wait another 15 minutes, it was a male employee and he took down his name and phone number as well as the order number, I would expect you to follow up and return the money! Very sloppy and very unprofessional!

I placed a pickup order today and when I got home to eat my order, the sandwich was completely wrong and not the one I ordered. I don't know how you mess up that bad but it's really embarrassing lol! I'll try somewhere else next time I guess. :)

Update: I was told by an employee I would receive a refund in 24-48 hours for my sandwich that I ordered and never got, it has been 7 days and I still have not received a refund for the item I ordered.. yikes!
