Amazing food 10/10 I live right down the road and rather come here than Starbucks, and they give you a lot of eggs and ham

The vegetable quiche had perfectly sautéed and slightly sweet onions paired with savory and earthy mushrooms. The Gruyere top and a croissant like crust made the perfect package. Eggs were fluffy and tender like a soufflé. Greens with vinaigrette were super fresh and surprisingly delicious. Baguette with brie, butter and ham had just enough of everything. Their bacon, egg and cheese croissant had two layers of both cheese and slightly smoked bacon with plenty of eggs in the middle. Croissant was toasted and slightly pressed to make a substantial sandwich easy to enjoy. Service was friendly and quite fast considering the quality of food presented. Pastries looked great but we reserved them for next time.

Really Good: Buttery flaky breakfast croissant and chocolate pistachio croissant. Sweet service. Clean. Great location. Amazing food.
Not so good: if you use a card to pay they increase the price at a minimum of 32 cents per item. Be aware: signs everywhere about no customizations. No table service. You place your order and pickup from the counter.
Overall a great find. No complaints about the food or service. Was just looking to eat somewhere with table service instead. (My error not theirs). Still enjoyed it a lot. They don't skimp of flavor, quality or portion size. Check them out!

i was visiting someone in the area and wanted a sandwich that was a bit different i found Jerome's cute place easy access lots of things on menu - i didn't dig the if you pay with a card you pay more (because I'm guessing cc fees?) - food came out fast i took it to go - 6min drive i was excited to eat it it smells good looks good but i had to toast the bread and take some of the pesto off of it it was just too much (so so much) - i didn't want to ask anything there because there are CLEAR signs that say: NO MODIFICATIONS respect the chef... since i don't know what that entails I was not comfortable asking for light pesto and toasted bread...

Best French pastries, food and coffee this side of Paris!!!

Is it possible to get a real baguette? I wish. I was looking for crackly crust, and nice, tender, chewy inside. I had high hopes.

Unfortunately, the crust was maybe twice as thick as it is in France, and was actually chewy and gummy (it was difficult to tear), and the inside was fluffy and doughy/squishy instead of something substantial that you could savor every day. I wonder if it's the flour that is available in the states?

Don't misunderstand me, it was still high quality bread for what's available in the bay area. It's just impossible to find a truly French quality baguette around these parts, unfortunately.

I will definitely return to try more of the viennoiseries, and I'd love to see something like apple chaussons become popular, but I have so much to try at this bakery, I can live without them (for now).

Ai says this:

Key Adjustments for American Flour
• Lower hydration (68–70% vs 72–75% typical in Paris). Prevents gummy crumb.
• Autolyse is important here—it tames stronger gluten.
• Steam must be strong in the first 10 min to mimic French deck ovens.

I love this place. Can't wait to try their Pastel de Nata. The croissants and everything I tried so far is really good. Keep the good work

Great coffee, pastries and an even cooler atmosphere!

I just found out about this café and bakery in Clearwater. Not only was the cappuccino excellent and the staff friendly, but I really felt a legitimate or French bakery aura. Expectations exceeded, will be back.

What’s not to love?

Reminds me of home 🇫🇷. Absolutely amazing food from the crepes and croissants to the delicious coffee. Chef Jerome does a great job of brining a little bit of French to the area.

Great place, perfect food, awesome service. Being a regular customer for over a year since I moved to the area. Food includes a variety of sweet and savory items. Also Jerome fuses different kinds of traditional plates from around the world with a French twist. One of my fave’s is the French Cuban. Bringing the Tampa’s traditional cuban sandwich to be a little bit more frenchie!

Being European I was really excited about trying this cafe. Really disappointed the staff were under whelming, not much of an atmosphe and the food was not typical of French cuisine. My Croque Monsieur was ham, cheese a very bland white sauce served on top of ciabatta bread, trying to cut this with a plastic knife and folk was challenging, this is not French food. The almond Croissant was also very disappointing.
