I love this location. The guy making my Sub anticipated I’d be getting the 43 and joked with me when I switched it to an 8! That’s attention to detail and knowing your customer. Rebecca and the leadership team here is excellent. . I’ve heard them training new staff and they are helpful and positive with new staff. The store is always closed, the staff wxtremely friendly and def def make a great sub.
My family grew up going to the firdt location in pt pleasant and this location makes the brand proud. I’m a repeat customer for a reason. The whole team goes above and beyond from what you might expect from the price point and the fast casual environment. 10/10. Thank you for always being on top of your game. Love you guys!

We came into this location and ordered our sandwiches and then went to sit down with our toddler. We noticed there were no high chairs so we asked an employee if they had any and she said no. We were then forced to take our sandwiches home. They were hot sandwiches so they were cold by the time we got home. My sandwich also was dry.

I never got my order and was never called when the order was returned to store. I placed my order through Jersey Mike app and all my info is correct and up to date so the excuse I got from the lady working that she tried to call me but didn’t have my number is bull. I never did get a reason why it was returned I can tell you that we called the driver and he didn’t speak English and hung up which caused me to call the store and find out that the order was still sitting there. Horrible service $31 for two sandwiches horrible service

I appreciate everything you guys do you’re always super friendly.I ordered online for the first time my Italian sub super soggy but that’s ok I put it on new bread but my number 44 no chicken sub mushrooms mikes way was the worse it had nothing on it no seasoning, no oil no vinegar and no Frank’s red sauce which is my favorite. Of course I’m gonna come back but just careful when you order online. All I have to say give it a chance in the last 10 years, I might’ve had only two bad subs but ever everybody needs to know. Check your food before you leave and I did not so I’m not that mad . And to let the staff know, I tip cash so when I said no tip online, it didn’t mean I didn’t tip you. I always tip you guys.thanks for what you put up with It’s hard

Brian the MANAGER @ Rosevelt Blvd store in Largo FL is one of the best managers I’ve ever encountered .. I had a bad experience and filled out the comment card and the next day he called to address the experience.. he apologized and explained his actions and comped us some credits (we are grateful thank you but very much not what we were looking for .. but we got it when I spoke with Brian !! I will say we are going back to our Wednesday girls night out night @ our store ROSEVELT BLVD !! We’re originally from Brooklyn New York and moved here 13 yrs ago and have been eating Jersey Mikes since I can remember, so when I tell you I was very pleased at the resolution . But what I was very pleased with he address all my issues and told me is corrective action as a manager which I was so pleased and over the moon like wow !! I’ve seen managers at other establishments and how they handled and addressed issues and when U tell you he needs to branch out and teach other managers how to be like him !! He was genuine and I respect that !! So we are going back to our store !! Thank you Brian you are an inspirational manager .. and it’s good to know that there are still good managers around !!!! Thank you again
