Jersey Mike's Subs

I have been unable to contact corporate or Mr. Daniel (the store owner), so I'm starting here to express my concerns. The store is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. It desperately needs to be shut down, and corporate should consider hiring a completely new staff, including a new store owner.

The attitudes of the employees are appalling, and the way the managers conduct themselves is unacceptable. It's disheartening to see people come to work to support their families, only to be met with hostility when they don't align with the internal conflicts. The way the managers communicate with others is simply rude. Overall, the store and its staff leave much to be desired.

How can you fire someone for being sick? With a contagious illness someone with a legit doctors note. So what y'all saying is you want someone to make sandwiches breathing over people food while being sick? This store is disgraceful. I watch my fiancee come to work and buss his behind he was there on time before time everytime! Lets not start with the drama he asked not to be in it and he asked for respect. I will be taking this to whom ever I need and ill also be advising to sue.

This location is clean and the staff are nice.

Ordered our subs on Door Dash never got our order. This reflects very poorly on Jersey Mike's for using such a unreliable server. Never use Jersey Mike's or Door Dash again!

I went back in for them to remake my turkey sub after getting home to figure out that the bread I originally got was hard and either over done or stale (couldn’t really tell which) but it wasn’t Jersey Mikes usual soft bread. I felt terrible even asking because the turkey and toppings were delish (as always). They were SO nice and apologetic. 10/10 customer service! Thank you!!

If I could give a zero I would. $11 for a sandwich with 3 little pieces of rotten lettuce and when you call they hang up on you. Stay away!!!

I just want to say that this is my favorite Jersey Mike's location! It is always clean and the ingredients are always perfectly displayed and you can see how fresh they are. I had the joy of being served by Cole and Jeff today! They were lovely. Jeff made my cheesesteak and they were both just so personable, professional and an asset to your brand and culture! I will see you guys back soon and thank you again

Wow, they are awesome! I have food allergies and they were extremely careful with my order. They supplied all the condiments and add ons in separate containers to ensure no cross contamination. Great attention to detail!

Ordering on the app is quick and easy and pick-up in store is a breeze. Staff is always very polite. The hardest part is deciding between the chipotle cheesesteak and chicken chipotle cheesesteak ?

Just ordered Uber eats, I always get the giant cookie but the cookie received is insanely small, I love this company and everything else is good but almost $4 for a cookie a 3rd of the normal size is pretty crazy.
