Jersey Mike's Subs

First time ordering from here. Had an app order. Store was busy when I went in. Everyone was working hard. I got in line behind three big cops. I’m not even doing anything illegal or wrong but I still feel nervous. Can’t imagine how unnerving it must be to be making their food as they stand there watching. The guy behind the counter did a great job calling out the orders, checking the other team members, getting the food out, etc. Upbeat attitude, he’s a keeper. Store was clean. My order came up, I went back to where I was staying and ate. Very good. My belly is full and happy!

I had an Uber eats meal that didn't allow me to do the customization that I wanted to. So I called the store and Rachel was so sweet and kind and she sent this cute little bottle of olive oil and vinegar for me and it made my night! She is so sweet and pleasant on the phone! Job well done Rachel! 🙂

I'm a little disappointed with my experience. The tables were dirty, and there were no customers waiting when I walked in, so there is no reason the tables should have been dirty. My sandwich was terrible, see pic. However, it's my 1st time having a bad sandwich from Jersey Mike's, and the staff was very friendly and nice, which is why I gave 3 stars and not lower.

This Jersey Mikes is EXCEPTIONAL! Perfect Service, perfect people, perfect surroundings and more. Not to mention the food itself! It’s tasty and hits the spot always. I love the softness of the bread! Don’t change, your store is PERFECT!

First time at this location. While they were making my sandwich I asked for it to be toasted, and they said they did not have a toaster!!!
Very very disappointed 😞. I took it home and toasted it in the oven.

I like the food which i usually order via the app. It's quick and easy. Allows you to customize your sandwich and add special notes. Also allows you to pay in the app so you can walk in and have it waiting for you. Staff is always nice and friendly. They don't seem to mind my special notes like cutting my sandwich into 4 sections instead of 2 and putting extra mayo on the side.
I recommend them.
