They messed up the order and would not replace the pizza. Their online order app also charged me nearly $400 for orders that never happened and the company would not refund the costs. I had to go thru my bank to be refunded. Horrible customer service.

Never heard of jets til a fellow chef recommended it at work. By far the best Detroit style pizza the wife and I have ever had, crispy, perfect amount of toppings and cheese. Service was welcoming and when I walked in they were cleaning and resetting their kitchen. I never leave reviews unless the food and service wows me and this is one of those reviews.

First timer. Service wasn't friendly or inviting at all. Got the 2 cheese slice and soda combo. Crust is thick and crunchy. Lots of sauce. It's all just ok but there's a much better pizza place right down the next block west.

I ordered a pizza at 7 o'clock it was supposed to show up at eight which is normal and our 815 came by and I decided to call jet's they responded with somebody will be out soon , then it wa9s around o'clock so I called again and they told me that they don't know where the person is and I pretty much have no idea what's going on and their response to me was no I cannot have a refund although I waited two hours for my food it was I can have in store credit or they can remake it. I was given an attitude by the young man who was on the phone honestly I would not recommend going here save your money and go somewhere else because it just doesn't show up I'm extremely disappointed

Typical carry out and delivery service, but the pizza and the crew are great. Detroit style deep dish like Little Caesars but better. (No stomach rot the next day.) The mushrooms tasted canned, but other than that the food is wonderful.
