Slowest JJ I have ever been to. If all of them are this bad they won't be around much longer. Took 3 times to get my order right. Oh well, lots of other options nearby.

Went there to get the picklewich that I’ve been seeing online. They didn’t hollow out the pickle like they’re supposed to and barely put any meat on the sandwich like I’ve seen in the videos online.

Ordered a $20 cubano “giant” added jalepenjos and mayo. They ask for a tip when they’re making your sandwich at a counter. There is such little meat and cheese on this sandwich that I’ll never go back.

Someone needs to tell this sandwich shop how to make a sandwich. Would give 0 stars if possible. Wish it was a firehouse subs.

Don’t expect your food to be delivered within the hour. Or even the next hour. I waited for my delivery so long that I had to leave for an appt. I called the store to see if I could just pick it up instead since it had been nearly 1.5 hours since I’d ordered and I had to leave. The kid that answered goes “it’s on the way” and hung up on me. HORRIBLE customer service. And if the food had in fact actually been on its way, it shouldn’t have taken another 30 mins for the driver to call me when I didn’t answer my door as I live .5 miles from this location. Thankfully I put “cash” for payment and ignored the drivers call (sorry to the driver, I know it wasn’t your fault). Lesson learned. This JJs is the worst.

I even emailed JJs corporate about the issue and got absolutely no response about the situation from the manager. It’s been over a month. This franchise owner needs to be looked into by corporate.. they are damaging the JJs brand.

Ordered on the app. When I got there they told me they were out of bread. When they do have bread the sandwhiches are sloppily thrown together & trash. Only JJ in within a half hour of here but it’s worth the drive to go to a different location. This one is crazy.

If you order definitely go in person don’t get delivery. I’ve been to this location a bunch of times and have always gotten good food but I decided to order delivery today and it took about an hour to get to my office less than 2 miles away. Food was still good, surprisingly not soggy but the ice in my drink was melted. Delivery is not good especially when your paying extra for the service.

Steadily going down hill. They used to be freaky fast, now they're hit or miss. There is always something missing from or wrong with the order and they usually arrive late. Why even let the customer pick a delivery timeframe when it doesn't even matter? The weird part is they did great around the pandemic.
