Made the unfortunate mistake of trying to get something here for lunch. Notified when I got there they had no ham, so I switched it to turkey. They were super busy but seemed to forget about my sandwich. When I finally got it it wasn't toasted, it was the Cuban which is supposed to be toasted. So I asked for it to be toasted. After waiting more, they had forgotten about my sandwich. And offered to make it then but I had to leave to get back to work which I was late getting back. I had unfortunately already paid on the app so I paid 15$ for a cookie and some tea. I will never be returning to Jimmy John's. My time and money is to valuable to be wasting there. It shouldn't take more then 30 mins to make a Cuban.

Ordered through Uber app and realized there was an error with the meat selection. Immediately called in to fix it before they started and was placed on a 5 min hold. I hung up and called back and Josh picked up again telling me it would several more minutes to hold. I interrupted him to tell him that it was time sensitive and that there was an error. He very rudely dismissed me and told me its too late anyways and he was the only there. Understaffed location and terrible service.

Placed an online order with Jimmy John's for three Subs. They did not have no roast beef no ham plus they did not receive my order. The director of operations was there and he says this happens all the time. Sounds like this is normal operation for them.
I would not recommend going to location
They were out of white bread and roast beef. One job? Only wheat bread and wraps
It’s been an hour and 20 minutes since I ordered my sandwich. Still not delivered. I called and all the guy said was it’s out for delivery and they are busy. I’m hungry and disappointed.
Very poorly made sandwich, zero quality, skimped on everything, I didn’t even take a bite, cherry coke was pure sugar water, do better y’all. This is not my first bad experience there either. If you don’t care about your quality, product, and customers, hire some people who would care.

Service was fast and friendly but new toasted chicken bacon ranch sandwich was not. So little meat and couldn't even taste ranch for $11. I opened it up to make sure there was actually chicken on there.
The employees here are highly unprofessional. They were at the register talking to each other while they're trying to take people's orders and not really fully paying attention to the customer. It's extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable to even be in there because I felt like they were gossiping about me right in my face. If you want to talk and gossip about people at least wait till they leave to do it and you don't have customers at the counter.
They also added a tip that I didn't authorize on my card.

They’re downright rude here. Go to subway or Jersey Mike’s down the street.
90 minute delivery...called the store and they don't care a single bit. Please let Doordash handle your deliveries because you guys aren't good at it.
Potato salad was sent to me two days past the “use by” date however. Not the best thing to eat spoiled. Fast delivery however
