Absolutely the worst service ever I have ordered 3 times from here and I have had only 11 successful delivery they are always canceling the orders due to no.drivers why even have delivery available online ridiculous

$50 for a family of three is crazy. One of my first times here and I just don’t see the appeal when compared to other reasonably priced sandwich chains nearby. The sandwiches have very plain ingredients as well so I’m not sure where this outrageous price is coming from. Then to top it off the tip buttons minimal percent is 15%, in order to go lower or not to leave a tip you have to click a certain button all while the employee behind the counter stares directly into your soul.

Slowest JJ I have ever been to. If all of them are this bad they won't be around much longer. Took 3 times to get my order right. Oh well, lots of other options nearby.
UPDATE: Its been a while, needed something fast... surely they are better now...nope. Worse and SLOW. I have no idea how they are still in business.

Made the unfortunate mistake of trying to get something here for lunch. Notified when I got there they had no ham, so I switched it to turkey. They were super busy but seemed to forget about my sandwich. When I finally got it it wasn't toasted, it was the Cuban which is supposed to be toasted. So I asked for it to be toasted. After waiting more, they had forgotten about my sandwich. And offered to make it then but I had to leave to get back to work which I was late getting back. I had unfortunately already paid on the app so I paid 15$ for a cookie and some tea. I will never be returning to Jimmy John's. My time and money is to valuable to be wasting there. It shouldn't take more then 30 mins to make a Cuban.
Man is grouchy. No knives here we are a sandwich shop. Then he offered to cut my sub.

Ordered through Uber app and realized there was an error with the meat selection. Immediately called in to fix it before they started and was placed on a 5 min hold. I hung up and called back and Josh picked up again telling me it would several more minutes to hold. I interrupted him to tell him that it was time sensitive and that there was an error. He very rudely dismissed me and told me its too late anyways and he was the only there. Understaffed location and terrible service.

Placed an online order with Jimmy John's for three Subs. They did not have no roast beef no ham plus they did not receive my order. The director of operations was there and he says this happens all the time. Sounds like this is normal operation for them. I would not recommend going to location
