I’m currently on vacation and I decided to enjoy some dinner like I always do at this place while on my trip. The waiter was absolutely rude. We didn’t get refills, our food was cold and not correct. As I was ordering my food the waiter cut me off and said “I heard you I’m writing it down.” She wouldn’t let me finish ordering. Always talked over me and my time there wasn’t enjoyable. We asked for a manger and they came over one was super nice and the other WAS NOT! If you go here DO NOT GET ROSIE. Horrible waiter. I work in the medical and it doesn’t matter what kind of day I’m having I still have to show up and perform. I know what hospitality is and it’s not ROSIE. I give this place a 1 star review.

Thank you new Manager Keaton for calling me to address the review below . And addressing my concerns. We look forward to staying at Pier House 60 next year for the boat races. So it’s Sunday boat race day we go up to have a drink the roof top bar has 10 people maybe. Waitress walks over says this table 50. For the day. I understand for boat races. But no sign on table no blocked off area. As In years past . Plus when we say we just want a drink and will leave before races to watch from our room. She said ok and walked away without taking our order or offering menus . 5 adults ordering drinks who tip very well. Waitress and Crow’s nest your loss. We walked out… This was also our dinner plan for after races and no one in group wants to go after rude earlier visit. We have been here at Pier House 60 for 9 out of 10 last years. Worst year ever at the crows nest. Let me Also add waitress on Saturday was over welmed and she was trying so hard and we did get great service from her for the people in the bar.

The ambience is really good waitress very kind and quick, but the food was from a different world. It was terrible sorry I don’t like giving bad news. I had a south bowl not good at all.

I had a stolen purse from here, and the management was of no help, and they didn’t even want to check the cameras to help us out. I wouldn’t be surprised if it turned out of one of them took it :(

Atmosphere is great, service is ok, but the food is the probably the worst that I have eaten in a long time. If you just go there for the view and a drink its probably a good place, but the food tastes like frozen warmed up food, small portions and really expensive for what you get. So depending on what you want to do it is either good or totally bad.

What a fun place to spend an hour or two. Great food (especially their guac), great drinks, and especially great service. Hats off to our favorite server Morgan. She is definitely "service with a smile".😊
