Made a reservation for here for 9 people and I arrived 10 minutes before our reserved time and the girl up front said they were closed. I told her that I had a reservation for 630 for NINE people and she said they didn't have any food. So instead of calling me and informing me that they would be closing early they just let me show up and have to deal with it myself. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything. Just stood there looking at me. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I took my wife to joes the weekend before Christmas for a nice meal and the service was OK not great but the food was cold bland and fowl tasting but I do have to say the manager offered to make more food and we declined and finally he took off one of our meals Now I know why there's no cars in the parking Also be ware of the railing as you walk in

I opened the store (server) back in 1997. I don’t live in the area anymore, but just drove by and saw that it was open. Can’t believe it’s still going, had a lot of fun working at this place. Do the servers still dance when the music comes on?

Neither my husband or I had ever eaten at a Joe's Crab Shack. We decided to check it out for date night and were not disappointed. The food and drinks were delicious! It was reasonably priced and our server Colby was the best!!! We normally try to eat local and not go to many chains but we will definitely go back to the Clearwater Joe's.

Service was great. Clam chowder was just ok. Very few clam pieces in it. The shrimp platter tasted like frozen breaded shrimp fried in oil that had been around for a while. My dining partner got the clam chowder and had the same opinion as me. She also got a tossed salad that she said was not fresh.
Sara is awesome! Such a great experience on night shift. When you want food late at night you want a chill experience and this was an absolutely great experience. Great food, great staff, great atmosphere. Let's go!
