Great thin cut crust cheese pizza. Wonderful mild and medium wings! Picked up food about 3:30 Sunday and the nicest young man waited honest to check us out. Very polite, personable and professional.

I ordered a to go pizza half special half pepperoni for a fantasy football party. I opened the box up and it was 1.5/2 slices made with the special and rest of the pizza is pepperoni. I called in and complain about it. The manager offers to replace it the next time I come and write my name down. When i call in 2 weeks later to use What he offered me and get a replacement pizza a couple of weeks later all of a sudden he tells me that his kitchen manager just told him that he distinctly remembers making the correct pizza so obviously they’re not worried about customer service because it wasn’t right and I won’t be getting it to go order from there again unless I thoroughly check everything before I leave. The person that took my order on the phone also told me while they were on the phone they didn’t get much sleep the night before because he was messing up the order the whole time I was talking to him. Basically they’re calling me a liar and took back the remake offer pizza that they had promised me so basically they’re calling me a liar. I will never order to go from them again nor would I recommend anyone else horrible customer service.

Johnny's is a great choice for any occasion. The atmosphere and decor are great without being overwhelming, the service was fast and attentive to our very large group, ans the food was absolutely amazing! I opted for a grilled chicken ceasar salad and I cannot wait to go back for another. It was a very generous portion sizes, and everything was fresh and delicious!

We have eaten here several times and I am updating my review since Google just so happened to prompt me to. We had a young, petite, blonde female server with a nose ring. She started out fine but brought back food that was not ordered for my son. When she took it back to the kitchen, which we had a clear shot of, she slung the food up on the counter and said to the kitchen to remake the order. She also slammed other dishes into the bin near our table. After a while she finally checked and the kitchen had not made his order. The remaining five people in the party already had their food and were finished eating, sharing their meal with my son because he didnt have anything. No sorry, no responsibility, nothing but a bad attitude from her own mistake. They didn't even offer to discount the meal since we waited so long and ultimately got it to go. We have been there several times before, and spoke highly of it with the family we recommended eating there to. I'm sure everyone has a bad night, but her behavior was unprofessional and unnecessary. A simple acknowledgement for an error goes a long way, and the discount isn't expected when there is accountability and an effort to make it right. None of which happened tonight. Will probably be a while before we go back.
