Giving 4 stars for the restaurant, but service is 2 stars on this trip. I have never felt more like an afterthought than I did on this tea service. The server felt it was more important to set tables than to check on us. We were done and they had removed our plates and we sat there 15 minutes waiting to pay our bill. She kept apologizing and telling us she would come help us in just a second, while she continued to set tables and sit other people instead of checking us out. It also wasn't because it was too busy, there was only 5 or 6 table of people at the time. The lady with the British accent was a delight, but unfortunately she was not our server. It was like she was new or completely inexperienced and overwhelmed. I was very disappointed.... My wife and I don't need to be treated as special, but we also don't want to be an afterthought and the lowest priority.

Joined my girlfriend on a Sunday after church for high tea and Joseph's location in Clearwater and it did not dissapoint! Cheerfully decorated and very comfortable seating and lighting. Thoughtful details throughout the space. So many ladies in dresses and fascinator's there to enjoy each others company together. The tea choices were varied and deliciouis and the sandwiches, scones and desserts were so very good! We both left very full and pleasently surprised at the high level of service and quality! The best fun was watching as other ladies were there, preparing for a special party and they were setting up the decorations that they had brought for each occasion. Then watching as the guests arrived in adorable outfits and ready for a special experience. I would highly recommend Joseph's for sweet time together for friends or that special touch for an occasion not to be missed! 5 stars my friends and we will be back!

The experience and staff was great! Just disappointed the breads didn't seem fresh and some of the teas weren't availablee. I would also like to be able to chose the sweets like you can the sandwiches. Otherwise, we had a nice time!!

Had a great experience at the tea room! The tea selection had an incredible variety, the sandwiches were tasty, as well as, the scones and sweet treats. We were one of two tables having service at the time and it was a really delightful experience. Our hostess was friendly and attentive. overall, I would highly recommend a stop and plan to visit again.

I have always enjoyed visiting this great tea spot in Clearwater, even now that I live further away! Excellent choice for a nice afternoon tea, generous portions, and extremely lengthy tea menu to choose from. I am also allergic to gluten and they have an excellent option for that with gluten free bread and “tea snacks”. Every time I go they have updated the interior with new cute details! There are spots to do some really fun photos! My mother and MIl loved the experience as well!
Chase, our server was wonderful. She was very gracious and efficient. We were a little disappointed that the cupcake for my mom‘s 91st birthday wasn't delivered until we were leaving the teahouse. It seemed a bit of an afterthought and the icing slid off the cupcake almost immediately; it was also a nice idea to give my mom a gift card for a future booking, but again, it was literally handed to us as we were walking out the door. The ambience was absolutely wonderful. Very cute and festive. The tea and food, however, were just mediocre. We have also gone to high tea at William Dean chocolates and, although we enjoyed the experience at Joseph's teahouse, William Dean's quality was far superior. But, again, this place has “heart“ and it is nice to have a tea house in Palm Harbor/Clearwater.

This establishment was welcoming from start to finish. Both the exterior and interior esthetics was beautifully decorated to set an ambiance which executed an exceptional Afternoon Tea experience. Sarah was knowledgeable of the items and her service was perfect to a "Tea". She was willing to snap a couple of pictures for us and later offered to take additional pictures.
