This was a wonderful experience ! We will definitely be coming back here again. The tea was amazing (we had the white blueberry) and the sandwiches were so yummy ! The amount of options available made the experience so much better along with the service and the whole vibe it was very very nice. We did an a la carte dine in to start and get a feel of the place and that was wonderful so next time we will definitely be upgrading to one of the experiences. It's fairly priced given everything that you get along with the opportunity to take pictures and dress up. Highly recommend if you are looking for something nice in town and want to have a special outing. Almost forgot to mention the desserts were delicious and the wine was top tier.

Such a cute place the owner really put alot into her decor and her branding. As well as having the best tea around. It is incredible how good the tea is and how its not your store bought brands. It is way better than that. I am so excited for my bridal shower here. Thank you for having such a cute, yummy place. My fiance loved the tea!

I've had afternoon tea in a lot of places over the years. This one was "ok", but not particularly great. First, the tea was weak...we had 3 different pots and they all were very weak. Second, the sandwiches were "Ok". The choices were a bit limited. The sweets were also "ok"; the "traditional" scone was good; the "Americanized" scones were so-so....far too sweet, far too soft and cakey. The "Devonshire cream" (aka "Clotted cream" was mediocre...too thin; it should have been closer to a butter in texture than it was. And they served us ONE little bowl of it for 3 scones??? And likewise one little bowl of preserves. Yes, they brought more cream upon request...but, really, the amount they brought was appropriate for ONE scone!!! All of the above, for $54+ tip per person made for a $170 tea that was at best "OK".

We heard good things so a small group of us met up and tried it for ourselves. Tea- great, GF sandwiches- great, scones- the GF berry I got tasted like play doh might have been a cousin. The others liked their scones. I ordered a GF cupcake, it wasn't served (nor charged). It takes up three "storefront" locations in a strip mall, so it's deceptively larger than you'd think pulling up. The decor ranges from charming to cheap & tacky; like someone used Big Lots and the Dollar Tree to decorate a business. The Tiffany Blue is a classic, high brand color that juxtaposed plastic flowers and little dangly cheap things from the ceiling. Somebody got a little too carried away at Dollar Tree for sure. The staff on our shift were courteous and helpful, they didn't have many staff, and the staff were definitely busy with multiple tables each. The tea cups and tea pots are unique and charming. The tea is quality tea in fabric steeping bags. The prize for sure is the tea, the variety, how well it's categorized and laid out on the menu. The tea is the winner of the day at Joseph's tea room. Look, this is a really good place to have a pot of tea and focus your attention on your group, party, and conversation and not the decor. If your mission is to enjoy one another's company, or pass a few hours with good refreshments, this is a good place to do that.

Our experience was fantastic! The vegan and gluten free options were delicious, and our server was very knowledgeable about the available options to accommodate dietary restrictions/prefrences. The ambiance was perfect for afternoon tea. My only recommendation is to have traditional sugar cubes instead of sugar packets, for the tea. It would elevate the experience so much more. Thank you!! We will definitely be back!

I took my daughter and her friends for a birthday celebration. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The food was great and the tea was wonderful. The girls absolutely loved the number of photo op settings. We will definitely be back.

The tearoom was an excellent place to have a quiet catch up session with Mom. We enjoyed Ll of the food though it was so much we took many of the sweets home. By far the best thing was the tea. It was excellent. We were very happy that it was natural flavors as some teas taste artificial and sweet but these were wonderfully blended and complex, a true delight. The pots are big and we even filled up cups to go. A wonderful experience.
They try and I love the idea, but the location is not good, the food mediocre, I did not feel an “experience” like something special. For $100 for 2 people for just tea, toast, a not fresh croissant and not fresh scones you want an exceptional, unforgettable event. Otherwise I go to my french bakery for less. Sad but I cannot recommend it nor would I come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tea experience at Joseph's. The room is nice and spacious. There was only one other small party so we were able to enjoy our tea, sandwiches and sweets and chat very comfortably. The food was delicious especially the cinnamon scone and brownie. The tea choices are unbelievable. We chose a few fan favorites and was not disappointed. I highly recommend treating yourself to a tea experience or just come by for some tea.

We had such a wonderful time! I came with my aunt, my cousin, my grandmother, and her sister (my great aunt). We all had such a great time, so it goes to show that it was fun for all ages. The food and tea was just delicious, and very refreshing. Everyone loved the scones. The owner herself was helping out due to a large bridal shower, and introduced herself, and we even met her adorable son. Because of some changes with the shower, we had to wait a little longer for our food (it didn't feel like a long wait at all) so they gave us another complimentary pot of tea for the table. We couldn't believe how cute it was inside and we will definitely be returning! The champagne and chocolate covered strawberries were such a nice touch, I'm glad we chose the deluxe afternoon tea. Everyone who worked there was also so helpful and nice.
