Katch Bistro | The Karol Hotel

We’ve lived in the area for 40 years and this is the first time we went to this restaurant. The service was exceptional, Derek and Deonte We’re both great. They couldn’t do enough for you and you felt like you were a family. The food exceeded our expectations as well. We will be back.

A hidden gem off the beaten path in St. Pete. Everything I tried tasted amazing. The servers Brook Lynn, Dulce, Faith and manager JT were kind, prompt, and attentive during our meals. I had several meals here during our stay, and the filet, braised short rib, and grouper bites were awesome. Also, the key lime pie is a great way to finish a meal!

Love love love Katch Bistro- Faith/Dulce/JT are amazing (as is everyone else). Don't sleep on the hot honey chicken and key lime pie. Also- weekend brunch is 10/10 delish. We're local and love dining here... highly recommend!

This is easily one of my favorite restaurants in the St. Petersburg area.The ambiance is refined, the service is consistently attentive, and the cuisine is exceptional. I cannot recommend this establishment highly enough to anyone looking for a truly outstanding dining experience.

My wife and I came last night and had a wonderful time. Our server was excellent, extremely friendly. The manager was great as well. He made sure everything was taken care of. I always recommend this place to friends and family.

We ate dinner here and breakfast twice (we stayed at Karol House Hotel) and everything was delicious each day. The entrees were fantastic, service was very pleasant, and the breakfasts are excellent (French toast was A+). Atmosphere is cozy and nice. Definitely recommend.

This has been a go-to for our family on holidays for a few years now. Thanks particularly to JT and Amber! They’ve been with us for a few holidays now. Looking forward to coming back!

Loved my experience here. Service was exceptional and my meal was comped because of our wait and we didn't even complain about it we just vibing and the manager just did that out of the kindness of his heart. The food was amazing and delicious and i will definitely recommend and will be back soon myself.

I was in town for work, and I stayed at The Karol Hotel before flying home. I stopped in to the Katch Bistro bar/lounge for after work drinks and a meal. Carly was the bartender, and she provided exceptional service. In addition to providing great service, she had an understanding of the drink and food menu that was superior. When I return for work, I will definitely stay at The Karol, and I hope Carly will be working. Top notch service as well as the understanding of the menu and drinks she was delivering has garnered my future loyalty. Awesome job!

If you’re not sure which restaurant to choose for dinner tonight, the answer is simple. Dine here for mocktails and cocktails expertly crafted by bartender Carly. Start your meal with roasted Brussels spouts, fried deviled eggs (just trust me), and coconut shrimp. Your server, Dulce, will make sure you have everything you need. The Chef put together a fabulous vegetarian plate of gnocchi, crimini mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach for the vegetarian in our group. All the chef’s meals were scrumptious. The salmon, the pork chop, the fish and chips, the steak and the freshest of salads. All excellent. Taj and Dwight made sure our double birthday party was extra special. We highly recommend Katch Bistro at the Karol.

We arrived at 5pm on Thursday evening for a birthday dinner for two. We were graciously seated at at a table next the window view. The meals were terrific. My Champaign grouper out of the world delicious! This restaurant exceeded expectations

The pizza is a bang for your buck. Cheese is amazing, sauce is phenomenal. Buy by the slice is perfect. Best pizza joint in Pittsburgh and it ain’t even close!
