I don't appreciate being told I have to buy a meal if I want to purchase Nashville Hot Tenders from KFC. Not everyone wants a side and a drink and I will not waste my hard earned money on something I'm not going to eat. My kids did enjoy their Taco Bell.

I wasn't even a block from the store, and I noticed my gravy was all over the bag because they didn't put a lid on it. Then I tried calling them to let them know what they did and the phone just rang and rang. No one answered after 4 minutes. I hung up and Cole slaw was with my mashed potatoes

Showed up at the restaurant when it opened open 20 minutes late even knocked on the door a few times had employees look at me and ignore us. Terrible customer service.

KFC has the smallest chickens I’ve ever encountered. I ordered a three-piece meal. Each and every piece of chicken was smaller than the biscuit. I called to complain and I was given half my money back. This place gets more expensive by the day and the portions just keep on shrinking.

There is only one employee working the entire restaurant (he’s doing his best!) but there’s no one to take orders or fill pickup. Also both bathrooms are out of order which wouldn’t be a problem usually but we waited 45 minutes for a preorder. Oh and there is raw chicken on the ground in the kitchen. You can see it from the dining room. Management needs to step in and help these employees!!

This has to be the worst one in the county the manager that works in the evening is extremely rude. They serve me raw chicken, and then she went to get a attitude when giving me a remake and slamming it down.
Everybody was kind and generous the wing that I got didn't taste right it was funny and the mashed potatoes taste of watery the tables were dirty

Ordered online and the guy behind the counter tried to tell me that it was canceled. After 20 minutes he finally found it. Got home food was cold and some of the food was missing. Went back to get what was ordered and guy behind the counter was rude and did not even apologize for the missing food or having to drive back. I have never had such bad service.
Stopped by the druve thru for a quick box for dinner. Serbice was loghtning fast, the food was hot and tasty and the lady at the window was super polite.

There was no possible way to go lower than a 1 star. This place is the most degrading restaurant I've ever been to. The way that the employee turned out and ranted about the way I reacted after I asked for a order that was missing was beyond disturbing and embarrassing. How can management see this and not correct it. Definitely not bringing business to a restaurant like this. Should have seen the rating before going because now I agree and witnessed it myself. Just disturbing and disgusting.
