Pickup then had to go back because they missed half the order off then they wouldn’t replace the cold items customer service is a joke! Don’t buy on th app because they don’t fix the issues they make! Absolutely a joke going to support local business from now on!! Very disappointed with the bad service get the order right 1st time won’t be a min issue then save your money order local tangs chicken or somewhere local
went thru the drive thru. ordered an 8pc, chicken pot Pie and a 3pc chicken strips. told it would be 15 minutes for the pot Pie. after pulling around and waiting 25 minutes I had to go into the store to get my order.. they had no idea I was still waiting. side on the three PC strips was wrong. got home and no cole slaw.. unacceptable.. $33 for dinner and I had to drive back to get the rest of my order... yall need to get a clue.
