KFC food is hit or miss. I've gone later in the day but not too late, and items were crisp and tasted as expected. Chicken sandwich was good-sized. The pleasant shocker was the helpful and nice staff.

The crew was very cordial and helpful. I wish we could get this kind of service up north where we live. Hats off to the crew on Court Street.

Smallest chicken pieces I have ever seen. Must be buying pullets now. Not worth the price.

I don't understand why corporate doesn't step up and demand industry standards like they did back in the days when it really didn't matter which location you when to. Here in Pinellas county I wouldn't give them 2 cents for a bucket of chicken. Last time I thought I'd give it a nother try went to the Dunedin location I took 2 bites it was disgusting It went straight into the garbage even the gravy tasted like shit. Very disappointed I used to love KFC.

Terrible customer service, I use to come here, at least, every 2 weeks, I ordered strips, they were chewy and looked overcooked or re-fried, on top of that they are also very spicy, lot of black pepper, you can see it. I asked them and their answer was they can't control the seasoning, I've been eating KFC food for years and first time I got something like this, and they talked to me with attitude only because I told them that I didn't want those disgusting tenders, think about before to come to this location on Gulf to bay Boulevard 👎👎👎👎

I haven’t been to KFC in about 10yrs but, wanted to try it to see if it was still good or not, it was not! The chicken was a little dark for a breast and wing but okay. I’m told that’s how crunchy looks these days. The biscuit was hard as a brick. The corn tasted old must’ve been reheated from days before, I was very disappointed ! Then I had their new Apple pie nuggets and they were half done and very greasy! I’ve always loved KFC original recipe from back when but it’s definitely not the same original recipe!

It's ok original chicken not as good as always seems they are cutting down their spices which gave these oringal the super flavor it use to have.

Went by on a Friday night at 9:42, they don't close until 11am was told they weren't making any more white meat for the night. Pathetic.

The hubby and I had KFC ordered in the other night. We used the KFC app to order and overall it was easy to navigate, find what you're looking for and place your order. (That's saying a lot these days with some other apps I'm not going to mention.)

Like most branded apps vs using third party food delivery services like Doordash or GrubHub (which they still dispatch for the delivery process) you usually have access to digital only/exclusive items that are limited time or offer a larger overall order for a better price rate.

In the KFC app we came across the Korean BBQ Chicken bowl... It's a bowl which is filled with coleslaw in the bottom, then there's fries sprinkled over along with the chunks of chicken covered in the Korean BBQ sauce and topped with pickles that are finished with a small amount of melted grated cheese.

On first glance, this screams a strange addiction or pregnancy craving combination and as wrong as it seemed, we each ordered one. They were only $5.

I was shocked. It was actually pretty good. All the flavors sort of balance/cancel each other out when too spicy or too sweet. It weirdly works and I recommend giving it a go.

Along with the experimental bowl we ordered the typical original recipe meal with sides and biscuits. It was typical KFC. Just the same as I remember since I was a kid.

It's slightly strange - the overall level of consistency in the end product resulting from little restaurants nationwide. I've had KFC in 3 other states and numerous cities within Florida and no matter where you get it, it's the good ol reliable chicken every time.

I have to give them credit for whatever process they command from the factory lines to the crowded kitchens behind the counters of the busy eateries. To have that level of familiarity and controlled quality is impressive.

Overall the meal was good and the delivery took only about 30-45 minutes during prime time dinner rush/quitting time traffic. The food arrived intact, presented as they intended when packed and was fresh as always.

Great experience and convenient call for procrastinating on cooking at home. But hey, sometimes you have a craving for something specific. Nothing wrong with that.

I definitely recommend this location. They know what they're doing!
