I never go to this place again, the one who treated me very poorly and the food was cold, they didn't even give me napkins, I don't recommend the place.

Went to order food at the drive through and some queen greeted me with pink Lee press on fake nails, just told him to forget it I lost my appetite, KFC this is ridiculous.

I don’t know why, but I just can’t give a fast food place five stars so read between the lines 4 stars to me is five stars! The reason is, I am extremely excessive compulsive Neat freak. I love things to be proper and nice and there are very few if any fast food restaurants Especially that could be perfectly clean. There’s always something to petite. That’s why I give four stars and there’s no way to give 4.5 so I had to go with 4 but this particular Kentucky Fried Chicken is definitely one of the better ones with friendly people. They have a new manager there who’s nice the old ones not bad I just think all in all, it’s a decent Place and it’s also a good location on golf Bay in Clearwater
Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair tables, handicap tables, I mean, and also the sidewalk levels out for wheelchairs, so it is handicap accessible.

We had a great experience here while on vacation. Amazing service and the food was delicious!
Customer service on point,. Had a new girl yesterday who made a mistake... Manager came in to help.. it was nice to see a good Manager/ Supervisor helping a new employee.. no frustration no ugliness, my wings were delicious.
The food was ok, waited for 20m , low in staff. No customer service

Look, idk I don't work in food service anymore but idk how hard it is to put nuggets on the side and just make the bowl like normal. Famous bowl had no cheese, I did not ask for no cheese man.
This made my pregnant girlfriend cry. I'm done with any KFC cause a previous one I went to before this on the same night couldn't just take the nuggets on the side. I don't know think it's that complicated man, but idk
