April 10 ( around 8:30pm) Worst customer service we experienced at a drive thru. Person at the window obviously does not like his job. We asked if it was possible to add a small order of gravy politely, and he SIGHED so loud. We said thank you after the transaction, and he didn’t even respond. Disappointed and not visiting this location again just for this very reason. We don’t usually leave reviews, but this person was just super rude.

Bring back the ol' school the original Mashed Potato bowl. I luv it. I buy 2-3 @ a time..
If i could give this place zero stars i would, they're so nasty, they don't clean in the back, the chicken is always cold, why serve food if you're not gonna give me the correct order? the employees are so rude everytime i come there too, im about to call the health department also because i've seen flies flying around and everything it is so disgusting, do not eat here.

Ordered the 3 piece chicken meal. Paid extra for chicken breasts. They have me 3 thighs and a drumstick. No white meat. They get your order wrong a lot. I have also gone and they were completely out of chicken. This was at dinner time.
As I pulled up to the window to pay.It smelled of old grease and dirty mop water.Also I usually sample my food on the way home. I didn’t this time!Get all the way home to all my food being cold hard and dry.
