Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge

couldn’t accommodate my sisters tree nut allergy. They said they would have to take out a new tub of ice cream and didn’t have time for that. We went to Ben and Jerry’s instead who was accommodating.

Great little place. Ice cream, chocolate and chocolate covered candy apples and more! Staff was kind. Ice cream was delicious. Place is air conditioned but only had outside seating. Worth the visit.

Went to this place at night, and it was packed because everyone likes it so much. Took the bowl with waffle with 2 scoops of ice cream - clearwater mud and cheesecake.

You cannot go wrong with clearwater mud. It's got nutty flavor, with a taste of vanilla and some other combination.

Kilwins probably has the best cheesecake flavor out of all the ice cream shops I've ever tasted.

If you're deciding between Ben and Jerry's and Kilwins, go with Kilwins if you're into bold flavors and Ben and Jerry's if you want to try something creative.

Unfortunately, we never got the chance to try the icream. We entered the establishment and we weren't greeted at all. Instead, we were given their backs (and we were the only group in there at the time). This area gets a lot of tourists and therefore customer service SHOULD be paramount. Because of the lack of professionalism, we left. Why would i spend almost $10 on a waffle cone if my business is not appreciated?!

I had the New Orleans Praline and it was one of the best ice creams I've ever had! Creamy and delicious. My husband has the cookies and cream and he loved it as well!

Went late here after walking the beach ⛱️ and was so disappointed in the size of the scoop they provide with the smallest ice cream scooper I've ever seen. The one older lady had a disgusting face to everyone their and the friendly one was the young man who waited on us. The ice cream in the cooler was so soft and melting that I had him put my waffle cone in a cup. Shouldn't Ice Cream be cold & hard when you scoop it. I'll never come back to this place ever again, so disappointed in the melting ice cream 🍦 I got melted like a shake and not very enjoyable. You guys need to step it up here in your scoop size !!! and pricing !!! Ridiculous

Kilwins has amazing ice cream & fudge! The store was a bit busy when we arrived, but the staff moved the line pretty quickly.

It was clean, staff was very welcoming, it smelled amazing! Chocolate was fabulous. The ice cream was just OK for me. I wouldn't go back for ice cream but I'd definitely go again for their Chocolate!

Overpriced for mediocre, basic ice cream. A single scoop that was already melting and barely covered the top of the cone will cost you $7. Staff that is also rude and not welcoming. Avoid this tourist trap.

This spot is on a Main St in Clearwater right by the beach so expect it to be pricey!

Line moved quickly and service was friendly. I got the chocolate ice cream in a waffle cone and it was delicious. They didn't put enough sprinkles though.

My daughter got a milkshake and enjoyed it. No seating inside. They also sell fudge which looked delicious.

Great store. Can’t wait go back.

First time visitors! We were redirected here by a local who advised us this was better than Ben & Jerry's. Man, was he spot on! Tons of flavors and they all were delicious. My absolute favorite (biased being from Louisiana 😎) was the New Orleans pralines! Will definitely be back before our trip is over for some chocolates and fudge!

We love this Kilwin’s. We are locals and go there once a week. Always friendly, always the best ice cream and cones!

I stopped in with my family on the night of 8/10/24 around 10pm. We were greeted by a nice staff member and then headed towards the back to order some ice cream which another staff member was stationed. I started to order & was immediately met with an eye roll. I was confused and thought maybe I was mistaken but when my spouse ordered she blatantly rolled her eyes again. My wife & I gave each other a look of “did that really just happen”? Then I ordered for my kid and yet again, another eye roll. She made this very awkward and uncomfortable for us. I’ve seen other recent reviews & maybe management should take a look into this behavior before it runs them out of business. I work in management and would be absolutely appalled if any of my team members treated customers this way. The Ice cream was good but definitely makes me want to stay away from this place on my next trip.
