It was one of my favorite restaurants, unfortunately they didn't warn us that it was turning into a nightclub and they literally took us away from the place because we were with my youngest daughter and they didn't even say they would just send the security guard to our table so we could leave.

We love this place! We've been several times for dinner, and the experience is always fabulous! The staff members are so kind and friendly from start-to-finish! And, if you want to celebrate a birthday, let me tell you that the La Mordida birthday package is the best way to do it! You haven't lived until you have celebrated a birthday at La Mordida! I always get their ceviche, and it is out of this world! My husband loves their lomo saltado, and our little girl loves the hot dogs! Everything is fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is awesome! We usually go on Saturdays, and they have live music and the balloon bending guy for the kids! The restaurant is vibrant, the staff is friendly and kind, and the food is amazing! What more can you ask for? Do yourself a favor and try La Mordida now! ☺

The place and staff are nice but the food was awful. Unseasoned and not up to the standards of $20 per plate price. We couldn’t even finish our food. There is not one redeeming thing that we ate. The soup tasted old, the steak tasted like vinegar, the juice was bland. Never going there again.

Visiting the Clearwater-St. Petersburg area and was in the mood for some homey food. After some research, we decided on La Mordida. Best meal of the trip!!! The atmosphere was amazing - they were playing Latin music with music videos on the side and the decoration of the whole place was so cute! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. Now the food…. 10/10!!! We got the empanadas and tequenos for appetizers as well as the lomo saltado for the entree. Packed with flavors and very reminiscent of my mother’s lomo saltado. Would definitely come back and bring my whole family!
