They’re very proud of their home made ice cream and I LOVED the horchata. Prices are very reasonable as well.

While taking pictures of the ice cream I was asked twice if I needed help. Great helpful service too.

We really liked it a lot. It was very good ice cream. I can’t believe it. His grandfather makes it as incredible. I tried the vanilla bean and the biscotti son had the bubblegum very good.

They're super friendly and the service is excellent! They have a wide variety of flavors and the products are always fresh. They have the best paletas and elotes I've had anywhere in Tampa.

Ive been wanting to try the place with the cool signage and finally did.
I guess you have to stand in line and read the signs. Most of the signs were in Spanish so I kind of gave up. The woman who was the manager ignored me then admonished me for not seeing the sign when I let her know she had skipped me
Bottom line for me though:
9.67 for a single scoop of chocolate ( very lite chocolate ) in a chocolate cone just isn't something I will be back for.

Esa typa en la caja es bien cafre. Costumer service is awful and going through the reviews it seems alot of people feel the same way. Everyone has there downfall don't matter how long yall been open continue with the rudeness it won't be long before you lose all your costumers. Came back to say nothing has changed by the looks of the reviews, the same bad attitude and bad costumer service

Love this ice cream shop. They have so many choices of ice cream flavors, popsicles, they had chocolate frozen bananas and so much more it’s hard to pick. I went with the watermelon popsicle and it’s the best i’ve ever had. You can tell the ingredients are very natural and fresh, there are pieces of watermelon in the popsicle. 10/10 recommended

I love their unique varieties of ice cream flavors. I chose Taro & Egg Nog. I’ve been waiting for some corn ice cream but they only had cheese. I had their cheese ice cream before😍🔥. I see a lot of people complain about service but always have a good experience with that.
