They had a food truck outside of Southern Lights Brewery in Clearwater, FL. we got the full order of Quesadillas, one pork (al pastor) and one huitlacoche (spelled differently, but basically a mushroom that grows on moldy corn). I love huitlacoche, it is very hard to find and considered a delicacy in Mexico and as far as I am concerned in the US. We also got beef empinadas (huge). I thought it all was amazing. Possibly the best Mexican food I’ve ever gotten, and I’ve been to fancy restaurants in Mexico!
