First time here and it was a treat. Customer service and ordering process was seamless. Food came fast, hot and as ordered. We ate in the restaurant as we just happened by the restaurant. The only issue is that it was uncomfortably warm. The owners acknowledged this and set up a portable AC.
We ordered the wings (very tasty) and a loaded baked potato (boy was it loaded). Next time we are in the area we will definitely be stopping in again.

I ordered a salmon salad from Loaded online, and it was ready right when I arrived, which I appreciated.
The salad was very filling with generous portions. I also really liked that they included two salad dressings, most places only give one, or you have to ask or pay extra, so that was a nice touch. The salad tasted great, and I ended up eating the entire thing.
I love a good salmon salad, and I would definitely order this one again.

Great little hike in the wall with fabulous baked potatoes. Couldn't believe how much they loaded into that potato. I ate for a while through pulled pork before even getting to the potato party, and it was also just as delicious.
They have some fun little drinks which the girls really liked, something with blueberry.
All in all, well be going back when we're in the area.

I stopped by today after hearing great things, and the first thing I noticed was how clean the place was and how good it smelled. Unfortunately, the customer service didn’t match the atmosphere. I asked a simple question about the menu, and the woman at the counter acted offended right away. The whole interaction felt uncomfortable, almost as if I was expected to already know the menu before walking in.
It’s a shame, because the place clearly takes pride in its food and environment, but customer service matters just as much. After that interaction, I didn’t even want the food anymore, and I won’t be returning.

Small seating area, and we always get takeout since it's on the way home from the dog park. This place is amazing! Baked potatoes turned into an art form, an entire meal in a spud!
There are a ton of good options in this area, but Loaded is unique. Don't like potatoes? They have wings, too, but then again, you have bigger problems.
