Saw the positive reviews so I thought I would pop by for a smoothie. Well, order ahead or don't be in a hurry as there are only 2 people working here. Very friendly but disorganized. Separate entrance from the outside is convenient and plenty of parking in front of the iheart building where the cafe is located. Seems to be popular for BLT and Cuban type sandwiches. Smoothie menu lists yogurt but they do not have any yogurt. Strike 1. When I address it ( after the smoothie is made) , I am informed that they have yogurt. Add a few minutes to waiting time for this to be completed. Strike 2 Smoothie is ok, would not go out of my way again to eat here.

I was looking for a true "break" fast after having to get an ultrasound at Baycare. Saw the rating and gave the cafe a try. The burrito was awesome - eggs, crispy bacon, sausage and ham - made by the owner with care. A very good, fresh cup of black coffee complemented the burrito.

Nothing special, deli serving boars head meats. Should probably refrain from telling customers about other customers bad reviews of deli. Cuban was ok but not worth $15. Check your receipt was charged $4.11 for large brewed coffee that was listed as $2.99 on digital menu. Fix your website also it says your closed on Saturday and hours are 7-2

The Mangrove Cafe has a very clean, very welcoming atmosphere. My wife and I now have a new spot where we only get our cuban sandwiches from, this is now our new standard. Service was very quick and high quality. Would highly recommend as a place for everyone to try.

Tried the Mangrove because they had Keto breakfasts. Tried the Meatlovers bowl. Eggs were overcooked with a dirty pan because there was a lot of “extra” bits in the eggs. Bacon and sausage was reheated in microwave until it was difficult to even put a fork in the sausage and the bacon was so overcooked it didn’t taste like bacon anymore. Cheese was good on top of “ dirty” eggs. All for $12.99 + tax! Will not be back..
I had the breakfast quesadilla which was delicious! The staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant was quaint and immaculate! I plan to come back again to try one their omelettes!

I LOVE their spinach and bacon salad!!They have a good variety and KETO friendly options. For you Feather Sound residence who are walking the loop, stop in and grab a healthy smoothie, breakfast or lunch.Dan the owner/operator is very accommodating, and just an all around nice guy.One of my FAV go to places convienently located here in the neighborhood.
