I order from this Marcos all the time and they are always great but I want to give a special THANK YOU to Valerie who really helped me today. I ordered online in a rush for a birthday party and accidently messed my order up. I called to admit my mistake and see if they could fix my order last minute. Valerie helped me and was so sweet and fixed my order with no hesitation or extra charge. Thank you so much for being so generous!

Ordered $60 worth of food for a Thanksgiving celebration for a special needs class via the website. Got an "order not completed" notification but was charged. Called and the woman confirmed that the order had gone through and that we would proceed as usual. The order never showed up, and when I called to inquire about it the manager was just dismissive about the situation saying I would have to take it up with my bank. I was not offered any choices other than "we can make the order now." Will never even consider ordering from this location again.

Marco's is amazing our school has been looking for a better pizza than Dominos and this Marco's definitely was LOVED!! Everyone from the kindergartner kids all the way up to the staff and teachers kept telling me how much better the pizza is than before. Tiffany was great and had our order ready and perfect to the school by the exact time we needed it. The service and delivery here are really amazing and we are glad we have found our new pizza place to reward the kids who get honor roll. We can't wait until the end of the month for the next pizza party from Marco's!! Thanks again to Tiffany and the staff there that made this day great!! Thanks from the Community Learning Center Academy.

Not sure who they have working there tonight but she was incredibly stank when telling me there would be an hour wait time after having me on the phone for 10 minutes waiting to be answered. Then I hang up and call back because the hour wait time was not explained and again she had me sitting on the phone for on hold with music to then answer a second time after another 5 minutes and speak completely unprofessional in letting one know what the wait was and what was going on. Being understaffed is understandable being rude and disregarding customers is unacceptable because you’re having a bad day. My family orders frequently and never has anyone been so outright rude

We went there tonight, at 9:30 pm the worker ( pregnant lady)... Told us that the wait was 30 minutes, so we told her "it is ok"... So like she saw that we agreed, sha added more time, she said "it will be 40 or 45 minutes... The thing is, she tried to make us leave so we did, we left... Bad experience...
