I’ve only been to this McDonald’s one other time through drive-through this time I decided to walk in being that I am older than 50 younger than 70. I don’t usually use the kiosk. I like to do the old-fashioned walk up and order my food however when I walked up to order my food, I had to wait a little bit and then a nice Latino lady started to walk up the second. She saw me and immediately went to open her mouth to help me, and her manager yelled her Name And said no go to drive-through. I didn’t think that was very professional and obviously I didn’t like it because I was very hungry and I had to wait another two minutes before someone came to help me other than that. It had a good atmosphere and the food was as good as McDonald’s always ismost of it is cooked the order these days so all good foods calibrated correctly and the fryer oil is clean

Ordered a Big Mac meal last night got home and there was zero patties in my Big Mac and My medium fries was like a small fries😡 wth is going on there. Nothing like a soggy wet bread sandwich no meat and cold fries. the line was long so I threw it away.

Not gonna lie this is the best McDonald’s in Pinellas county guaranteed - even if they’re busy (which is often times) my food is ALWAYS hot and fresh, the employees are surprisingly soooo nice!!! Even the teens! Which is so rare to experience in fast food- this review is long overdue seriously. I always get the nuggets and I don’t know yall make them soooo crispy and fresh- do you know how many sad cold nuggets I’ve had to eat from other McDonald’s? It’s not the same cold!!!!! 😭 and the burgers are always 🔥 Yall doing the damn thing forreal and I hope the employees are being treated fairly and paid well and being recognized for their hard work because they deserve it.

I picked up curbside and got home to a 3.99 fry a little over half full. They got the order right, so that's something. Hopefully next time they'll make me wait for a full order of fries.

Placed mobile order, cones covering drive thru lane. Had to call store to be told they're "setting up" even though it's 24 hours. Really poor customer service.

I wanted to share my experience this morning at the drive up window. The young man at window 1 took it upon himself to save me a few dollars with my order. I appreciate the extra mile he took. Kudos 👏. I did not get his name, but receipt shows KS#13. Hope this helps. Thanks again.
