We were in a rush and starving. They made us wait for 10 minutes for a number two meal and nuggets medium. After waiting, my medium fries had less fries in it than a small fries. My quarter pounder looked and tasted like it had been sitting on the shelf for a day, and my nuggets were stale. I’m not one to complain, but this really was annoying, because we did not have time to take the food back and was forced to eat it. 1934 Hurcules ave N Clearwater Fl

My girlfriend and I stopped in for an Egg McMuffin and coffee this morning. The Egg McMuffin was good and the coffee excellent, but my real reason for writing this review is to praise an employee. I regret that I didn't get his name, but he was, as I told him, a "dynamo." He made the restaurant run--he welcomed us the moment we stepped inside, delivered our food to our table, took our tray away after we finished, got me some sugar for my coffee when I requested it, asked me if I wanted a second cup of coffee, and even mopped the floor. And he did all that with a cheerful, friendly attitude. He's simply an excellent employee; McDonald's is lucky to have him.

Just left this McDonalds. The staff is caring, and willing to help when I failed to remove ketsup from curbside order. I ran in and asked if they could help. They did, no attitude, amd the food was hot fresh and amazing. I don't speak Spanish but appreciate the bilingual staff, I saw how many coming in didn't speak English. Great McDonalds, great staff.

Why to this location at v6:15pm. Manager the is awful! Ordered a MC crispy for 1.00 then placed a second order for a free medium fries free with my 3500 points. The manager said couldn't get mc crispy for 1.00 and I lost my points for free fry!! She was very rude and said why didn't I just leave. So I left with nothing. The day shift manager did the same order the other day except it was for a McRib for $1 deal in a separate order for my points for a free large fry and it worked just fine. This manager is very rude to customers she does not dress pleasantly as well. Would be nice to get my points back.
They charge for "extra sauce" but only thr nuggets "come with" sauce. They wouldn't give me sauce for my fries, they wanted to charge me a dollar for 2 ranch sauces for my fries, I asked them if they just expected me to eat the fries dry and the person could only say "the fries don't come with sauce"
So greedy, I'll be going to chick fil a next time, they give you all the free sauce you want and the employees don't act like single response customer service robots

I heard an employee talking about a customer,saying the per was gay.As to tear down the person's character. I think that is laws against that It's called discrimination.If u said something against someone's color it would not be tolerated.
