I honestly don’t understand how a McDonald’s can run out of burgers — especially at 10:30 PM when they don’t close until 11:00 PM. We were told they were “almost closing,” which made it feel like someone simply didn’t want to put in the effort to serve customers who arrived before closing time. I’m still confused how a McDonald’s, of all places, runs out of burgers.
To make things worse, they messed up our Nugget order, and we ended up waiting forever for someone to fix the mistake. Terrible service on top of an already disappointing experience.
If this location plans to stop serving food early or can’t keep basic items in stock, they should update their hours or improve their operations. As it stands, this visit left a very negative impression.

This is usually one of the better locations but now they are using a cup of water at the second window to water down all of the drinks… watched them do it last night to my coke and now this morning the same cup of water is sitting there and my orange juice tastes like the 30% water they are instructed to fill the cups with

Advertised on screen what comes with monopoly peices and what doesn't ordered my bisket according to monopoly game advertisement that'd I get my board peice on my warrper and did not receive the right wrapper was informed it's just advertised correct on what items include the playing peice was told by management that it infact was just for advertising yes I understand that but means I should have a peice on my wrapper I did not they walked with my sandwich around the store and still wouldn't give me my correct wrapper 🤷 whole point of ordering the sandwich I got and only reason I came is to add to my board

11:00pm on 9/27/25 drive thru ordered 2 cheeseburgers and filet o fish. the drive thru operator said we can only order one cheese river because of cleaning purposes because it’s too close to close and the store closes at midnight! We got to the first window she didnt even look at us. she was so rude. scary rude!!!
The staff are always friendly and ny order is always fresh and correct.

This is my favorite McDonald's for breakfast!!! Sherry always is happy in the morning to serve me my breakfast, great energy and a very authentic nice person. She makes me happy in the morning which is not easy for me LOL I go out of my way to go to this McDonald's
