I didn’t think I would be posting this five star review for McDonald’s. However, this location is superb! I have ordered here on several occasions and I am never disappointed. The food is always hot and the staff is very friendly. Very efficient. Whatever you guys are doing Works!

This is the one location where you're always treated like family. This McDonald's has a highly dedicated staff that always goes out of their way to serve the customers. The Store Manager Yessica Ramos, who is a Highly Dedicated Leader that Serves the Customers to Make them Happy and to deliver their orders quickly. She is all about Outstanding Customer Service and knows how to run a Franchise. Some of the notable staff members at this location; Olga, Beatriz, Emily and Angie are just some of the few who learned from Yessica's work ethic. Yessica Ramos is a Manager that has strives to help the people and she has her employees succeed to the next level in this industry. This McDonald's location always delivers and exceeds expectations. Plus it's one of the Cleanest fast food restaurants I have ever been in. Everything inside is very well organized. This place always smells fresh unlike the many other McDonald's I have been in. The way that they prepare their hot coffee is way better than Starbucks. Every meal I have had here has been perfectly made and served at the perfect temperature. I am always greeted with a smile from every single staff member here.
All of the other McDonald's Restaurants need to be following how this particular store is ran. The McDonald's at 1500 S Belcher Rd in Clearwater Florida is really the Best McDonald's in All of Florida!

My grand daughter loves a happy meal! Because of dietary restrictions about all I can eat there are French fries, which were good. The place was clean, the service slow and indifferent.

Window service is usually pretty good at this McDonald's and Sunday morning was no different. The young lady at the window was very pleasant and polite. The girl at the food window was nice, too, but just a tad bit slower than usual, but it was okay. The food quality is pretty good for fast food. It's usually hot enough and seems fresh. The location is very convenient so that's a big plus.

McDonald's does not include the senior coffee or tea on the app. I have tried several times to purchase a 93 cent senior hot tea and ask for a cup of ice for which they wanted to change $2.50. So I just declined the cup of ice. So today I chose to go in for the senior tea--still not on the app, and ask them to fill my cup with ice, hoping for a freebie on the ice. The front door is marked "open at 5 am" but it was not open at 645am. The new employee said they open at 7am. Typical McDonald's food here with the frozen breakfast sandwiches heated to order. It is frustrating to see all the hype about the app, and not being able to use it. I was able to get a free cup of ice when I asked upon picking up my tea instead of ordering the ice in advance.
Parking: lots of spots here for pick up ordered on the app and for dine in
Kid-friendliness: kids meals, toys, high chairs,
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible but doors to entrance are heavy, requiring help for those in wheelchair, electric cart, or using a stroller.

I am a frequent consumer and I am part of the rewards program. I ordered food using my codes and points and among them was a $2 large fry. The employee helps me scan my codes but then charged me for a full price large fry. I politely asked for her to redeem my code and give me my money back but she told me just come back later. I questioned why she didn’t take the time to correct my order. I went to this location at 1:08pm November 4th.
