this happens every time i go to mcdonald’s how the hell, i ask for 10 peice nugget and they give a McRib? I always get end up getting the wrong thing, has to be the 12th time, confused workers, need to get it together, register girl was nice

Crazy to not have any condiments or utensils out. But then we have to justify why we need an additional sugar for our coffee. We also ordered a big breakfast and didnt get fork or knife, syrup, butter, jelly. When went to the counter to ask for these items the manager called my wife a little girl in Spanish.

Went through drive thru and the gentlemen had trouble multitasking taking orders and taking payments but he did try to correct our order when we got to the window. The second window gave us the wrong drink while he was joking around with his coworkers. Thankfully we caught it before we left. I ended up parking and coming inside because the unsweetened tea was stale. I asked if I could have a fresh one because of this but before I could tell the lady it was unsweetened, she took off and brought back sweet tea. I asked her again for a unsweetened and she brought me another stale unsweetened tea. At that point I threw it away in the trash and went to Starbucks. I do NOT recommend this McDonald's.

The order was wrong. I asked for a quater pounder, no cheese, just mustard and ketchup. There was cheese on it!? Also I did order a Honey mustard wrap. But instead I received 2 packages of honey/mustard sauce. Thank goodness I always check the bag before I drive off. Then when I let the lady know that I ordered a wrap, she said no you ordered sauce?? It doesn't make sense?? Anyway... everytime I go through the drive thru my order is wrong, everytime. I won't be returning to your location. Thx

The app didn't work so I tried the kiosk as a guest. My order apparently went through and I received a table number. The employee told me that the order didn't go through and I started all over. I finally received my M&M McFlurry and french fries. Quiet environment today. I chose one of the modern accessible tables over a booth. Menu is available in Braille upon request. Accessible entry with heavy front door. Accessible order and pick counter. Accessible movement thru venue. Accessible mens and women's restrooms with dedicated stall, 2 grab bars, 3ft x 5ft space.
The atmosphere is not great, the food is great though. They are timely but seem rushed about things. 50/50 manager is nice and tame. They have multiple managers, but their main one is usually there. Some of the crew members are hard working and some not.
The restroom area is balanced and clean. Not overly done. The sitting areas in front are numerous, and there's a lot for good space, there's parking pots available usually.
Wi-fi is not reliable. Drive-thru is a good speed.
Their cold items are not done the right way.
