The food was Luke warm and the service , I felt as if I was rushed through the line. They had my drink hanging out the second window while I was paying at the first. Then I got my drink and they immediately told me to go to a third window. Where a guy came immediately to give me my food. Being Canadian, I always enjoy going to a familiar restaurant from home that is in Another Country ... even when it is simply a few hours of a drive I the USA. Much better taste of McDs offerings I the USA than Canada IMO.

Out of the hundreds of times I’ve eaten at McDonald’s I’ve never experienced something so bad to feel the need to write a review for any place. I had came out of work went to the closest McDonald’s to get lunch I ordered a chicken breast and a cheeseburger through the drive through. Instantly they were rude with my order somewhat mocking me in the process I went to pay and got looks and smiles cracked at me when waiting for my food In the front of the line mind u it was only me in the drive through at the time. They had me wait over 25 minutes as cars kept getting their food and passing me while occasionally workers would come look at me and hurry back with a smile on their face I don’t know what kind of game they were playing but I was embarrassed finally I had enough and pulled into the Parking lot when I entered the store I had eyes pointed at me with smiles I asked for my food and explained the wait they told me it’s been really busy when again I was the only person in the drive through when I ordered then I’m giving my food and go to my car to eat where the food was completely cold which mean they lied and held up my food as well my cheeseburger looked like it had been thrown on the floor and stepped on while only having the meat and cheese nothing else which is included. Personally feeling to embarrassed to walk back in I threw my food out. And went home! The staff here will use you as a joke in any situation ruin your food make you wait while messing up your order!! Never coming back here again if I could rate zero stars I would. And if I was their boss they’d all be fired! I want some kind of restitution for this!!!

Went through asked the manager who was taking the order for a bacon egg and cheese mcmuffin. We also asked for about one sand which for a dollar separate from the original sandwich. Which would make a total of 3 sandwiches. My husband confirmed with the lady three times before driving through and she was dismissive and said yea I got it. When checking the order there two sandwhoches and the egg McMuffin was a biscuit egg and cheese and she substituded the bread for McMuffin. We had to ask for the manager and she was the manager who took the order. I explained to her the order was incorrect and she kept arguing with me that the order was not incorrect. I asked her how we could at least get the third sandwich she did not give me a option. I was willing to pay. So we drove off. I have never had such a bad experience at a McDonalds before. I just wanted the order corrected and the manager did not want to help. Instead she wanted to argue with me and not assist the customer.
