I have no words. How does this happen? When we returned 5 minutes later to get this swapped out with a new tea that had no lid stuck in the cup, the employee said nothing. Not expecting an apology, but the fact that they weren’t even surprised that it was in there tells me that they knew it was in there when they handed it out the first time.

I usually come to this location because it’s the only one I know of that serves biscuits and gravy (the best), but I typically hit the drive thru. Today I came inside… My food was great, as usual, but the manager - I believe her name is Lisa - was an absolute delight!!! I always intend to leave reviews, but usually forget. She was so wonderful that I decided to do it while I eat. It’s so awesome that she knows her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they’re happy! We absolutely need more wonderful customer service people like her in the world!

Came in there at 7:30pm 1/12/2025. Went inside to front counter. Wait all most 20 min. For someone to come to the counter. Then a lady working drive threw with long black curly hair told the counter guy not to take orders on front counter. Ended waiting another 20 min. The waited 10 min for order. Then it was not right. I believe they need to pay alot of attention to the front counter.. people up front wer getting mad behind me. Some had to go to the bathroom then denied there request to go to the bathroom wich is a violation of code . Please work on this

I ordered a double quarter pounder large meal. I was disappointed with the French fries as I expected a very full container. The fries were all medium and short length and were hard, as if they were the bottom of the barrel. The fries were past their prime. I probably should have gone back but I didn’t. Next time, if something isn’t to expected standards, I’ll go back and let them know.
