Food was barely edible. The people behind the counter have zero customer service skills. I don't usually expect much from McDonald's but this place is absolute garbage all around.

In the morning crew your good. Evening crew just keep driving by cause they dont care about nothing.
They obviously can't take directions. I said no ketchup, no mustard, so they didn't bother to add tomatoes or lettuce either. Damn thing is barely edible, it's so dry! FF are half full AND both are cold. Disgusting meal... again!

I want to give a big shout-out to Manager Willie at McDonald’s #34377 for his exceptional service. Willie is always professional, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers are well taken care of. He runs the restaurant smoothly, treats everyone with respect, and makes each visit a great experience. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and sets a high standard for his team. Order by kiosk only, couldn't get a receipt. Worker peeked around the corner and asked us for our number after about 5 minutes and disappeared, then said it was ready-- it was missing a happy meal that was ordered and it took another 5 min to get a chance to tell a worker or order was actually incomplete. Not terrible overall but just felt like not having actual humans at the counter and taking orders, who then verify it's completed correctly, is a bummer.

The chick taking orders through drive-through this morning was extremely rude. It seems like you’re miserable at your job which I get it. It’s McDonald’s, but everyone deserves to be treated with respect and not felt like they were an Inconvenience to you because they ordered through the drive-through. And I guess she used to be the assistant manager at one point. Wonder why you are not in management anymore.

You could not ask for a better night crew. I came in roughly about twelve thirty in the morning was greeted with a hey , thank you for choosing mcdonald's. How can I help you? This was the first time I actually was at the McDonald's.So that's why this review to me deserves to be seen. They were.
Very courteous.They apologize for any weight.Which there really wasn't any but I respected that. At the window they were smiles.They were happy for the to see their customers. These two were very very amazing. So from now on even though it's a few miles extra out of my way they will be getting my business when I need a mcdonald's fix
