Waited over 45 mins for a pick up order that was supposedly ready 30 mins before I got there. Why does it take a hour and 15 mins to put together one order of 4 items? They were steady focused on drive thru only while 20+ people piled up in the lobby. Workers moving at an extremely slow pace. I'm a manager of a pizza place and if I were to see my employees working that slow during a rush I would be hiring a new staff. Will never return to this location again. If I'm going to wait over a hour then I'd rather drive 30 extra minutes to the next location

How do you not know the deference between sweet tea and unsweetened tea. Food is always wrong the managing staff here needs to their Reevaluate their lives. Fast food is entry lvl stuff and you still get it wrong but they want a gozillion dollars an hr but they can’t even read.
Worst of the worst never seen. Anything like that to wait 50 minutes for my meal and they are very disrespectful this place was filthy dirt everywhere and rasist

I'm not a fan of the employees here because everyone is just always Soo rude, ( if you work in hospitality then you should not be a rude person ) and it's Everytime I come, except for one lady that works here , she deserves so much credit for her wonderful attitude and kind behavior . I was having trouble with my McDonald's app and she helped me and my boys figure it out and was extremely helpful! I wish I got her name but I will give her a formal review next time I go so I can figure out her name. Starts with an M . Just wanted to give her thanks for being kind to me and my boys when usually we are greeted with an attitude.

Female McDonalds employee smoking at the door so we had to go to the other side to enter. Im not a fan of my 2 year old getting second hand smoke. Wasnt busy, floors and tables were dirty. Only here because my kid tried a happy meal a few weeks ago and loved it. Sad to see the shrinkflation over the years. Havent had a mcdouble in 15 years or so. Not worth it for a buck and its 3 bucks now. I would rather pay more for bigger and better food. This location is far below the average. I would not invest in this stock. I see a difficult future for them in general. Times are shifting and McDonalds is failing to stay relevant.
