Unable to reach the manager due to the phone number listed today was calling a lady in Pasco. She said she had been receiving calls all day, even from employees notifying her that they would be late. Not sure how a business number would get mixed up with a landline.
My nuggets were dark and tasted refried, burger and fries were old too. Needless to say, our meals was disgusting.

Tonight we waited 27 mins in the drive thru to get cold fries, a cold double cheeseburger with no onions, and a water. People were leaving the line waiting so long. I went inside to see if anyone was working.
The kitchen was smokey. The staff wasn't in any hurry to help customers. There were 3 people in the kitchen.
It got so bad we asked for a refund....
Which took another 8 minutes. Over 30 mins and no food. Staff gets paid more and the service is worse. Corporate needs to step in.

Got in the drive thru line at 949pm.... finally got food and left at 1040pm.... staff inside ignored us at the speaker and then ignored us at the window. Watched ALL staff walk around the back without a care in the world about all the people waiting. No apologies and no mention of how bad they took the FAST out of FAST FOOD. If I hadn't ordered and paid on the app already, I would have just left it was sooooooo ridiculous.

Nice updated interior Mc Donalds, food is good, but the AC is alway cranked to the maximum. Not only is it unpleasent to dine in, it's also a huge waste of energy.

This place got my order wrong twice. The employees didn’t seem to care one bit. This place should fire everyone there except for the guy who takes our orders. Can’t wait for the Wendy’s to be open so they can show this place how to properly give people their food.

Burger came out dry and completely incorrect. They forgot the sauce packets and napkins as well. I recommend going to to a different McDonald's.

I ordered a meal off DoorDash And took a bite into my food and the whole entire thing smelt like either bad meat or cleaning supplies I settled the problem with my refund through DoorDash, but I also called the store to let them know what was going on not to get a refund or anything like that because I already have received my refund through DoorDash, but the manager or whoever I talk to on the phone was a female did not catch her name, but she was extremely rude about the situation And just kept arguing with me about there’s no cleaning supplies used for their store and honestly that kind of bothered me. Also, I would think twice before going to the store or ordering. I’ve never had this issue before. But I am extremely sick now and I will not be eating McDonald’s probably ever again. I just order it for my kids, but I’m going to feed them better as well. No more happy meals and chicken nuggets We will take our money elsewhere and our business Manager took absolutely no accountability for what was going on and what I was saying just to warn Them not even trying to get anything out of the situation Just helping them avoid a lawsuit From somebody else
