The manager or window guy was kinda rude and made me and my fiancé feel like we did something wrong by ordering a large iced mocha without espresso proceeded to tell me that we have to make a “special request” and ask for a hot chocolate iced when there is no option to do so on the application, it was a pretty weird experience to have someone be so pressed when it’s both basically the same thing except the hot chocolate doesn’t have an option to make it iced -.-

Was there Friday 10/3/2025 and had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s in my entire life. Had two mobile orders, one for a Mc double meal and one for a double cheeseburger add Patty extra pickle extra onion no ketchup. They brought the other Mobile order which also had no salt fries which the fries were salted fries and the worst oldest fries I’ve ever seen in my life Then after they handed us that bag, they forgot my other order no problem guy came to the window asked what the problem was. I said I need my other Mobile order. No big deal. Get it pull away Noticed they forgot My extra patty And they had put ketchup on it no big deal pull back around. Tell him what’s the problem they should be able to pull up the ticket right? well, I tell them the burger was supposed to have an extra patty no ketchup I get the new one. There’s three patties, but theres still ketchup on it so again now I walk inside the Manager literally insists that I ordered the burger with ketchup. He looks back at the screen and finally sees his mistake because apparently he can’t read and neither can the worker behind so when he sees the mistake, he goes Oh shoot it’s right here still no apology and this is the manager. I’m pretty sure we made the burger tells me to check it make sure it’s OK, I look at it. It’s fine. It looks all right. I just wanna get out of there. It’s been a half an hour and I just wanted one burger pull away. The bun had so much grease on it. This worker in the back is not changing her gloves whatsoever at all I used to go to McDonald’s a couple times a week and I’d go out of my way to go to this McDonald’s because it was always on par I will never be going to a McDonald’s ever again thanks to this McDonalds and it’s horrible staff. Thanks for making this happen because I can make a better burger at home faster I needed this wake up call to show me McDonald’s is the worst and your employees and this store messed up so bad I won’t be going to any McDonald’s anymore. The worker even put hotcake syrup in my bag and it was 10pm at night and I got a burger. You can’t make this up. Thanks for giving me the wake up call I badly needed. I’m honestly happy this happened.

I’m never one to complain but after paying and waiting at the second window I was given the wrong order twice which is okay I understand! Then after given the correct order it looked like my burger was thrown in the box has hard as someone could possibly throw it. Genuinely making it uneatable, I was already running late to a family emergency and didn’t notice until I was already at the hospital! I really hope the staff is well trained in the kitchen so this isn’t a problem for others.
McDonalds charging $3 for a drink and $1.30 for a cup of water is the least McDonalds thing ever.
