This location sucks. Once again they prioritize mobile order and drive through before walk in. Waited almost like 20 minutes for a happy meal and snack wrap meal. Once the food came the fries are way over done. Its like a worker kept them in the vat way past the timer alarm. And there wasnt a toy in the happy meal. This is twice now at this location they dont give a toy. So I went up to ask and the worker looked annoyed when I asked and they gave me an old sonic toy from the old promotion not even the new changeable promotion. The morning crew here is awesome but this evening crew its horrible. They are here just for a check. Im sure ray knoc wouldn't be thrilled if he were around .

Food was cold 🥶 and wrong. Its McDonald's expensive and expensive and expensive. Also expected items to be wrong as usual and was. Great job putting stickers on special orders but not making the special order. Start hiring from the chicken places. Teach your staff how to say my pleasure like the chicken place. Test my theory, say thanks and they never say anything other than WOULD YOU LIKE TO ROUND UP YOUR ORDER FOR CHARITY. Typically the same food just all different temperatures depending upon the store. Soon only 1 person will be working and more machines.
